The pharmacy at this location always gives me a hard time filling my script, but this rating is specifically for my current prescription refill. My doctor called my medication in 2 days early, to account for the snow and ice predicted to come. However, when I inquired they refused to fill it one day early, and now today I’m out of medication and they’re “temporarily closed due to inclement weather” and no other Walgreens will fill it, I’ve asked.

The people in this pharmacy are extremely unprofessional. I was told that my girlfriend's medication would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. 2 hours later I come back and they still aren't ready. It's crazy that the actual dental surgery took less time than getting her medication. Avoid this place

Absolutely rude and unprofessional staff in the Pharmacy. After multiple sub par encounters in the past, then today being treated so poorly, I'm done. Every single RX my family takes, will be transferred to a different Pharmacy tomorrow. I recommend you steer clear of this Pharmacy.

Been using this Walgreens for a few years now and I can say they are the nicest, most professional and just all around good group of people. I get the same meds on a routine basis and they always have it ready without delay and at the BEST PRICE ? ? TOO! I have always disliked going to a pharmacy but this one I trusted with my vaccine and I trust to ask them anything about my health or meds and know they're going to go above and beyond to help me get the answers. I wish I could remember their names because they ALL deserve a raise or at least a shout out on Google reviews. I highly suggest this Walgreens in Clinton. Thank yall if you ever get to see this for being so kind to me and my husband the last few years. ~Mylinda C.

Pharmacy. You let ANYONE pick up prescriptions for people. You send all information on pick up to my phone. but when I call confused on what I'm going to be picking up as my husbands's dr didn't correspond that he was sending anything in BEFORE surgery. Please don't be rude and tell me you can't tell me that information like its breaking HIPPA or something when I can easily pick it up and not only see but have it in my hands.. that literally makes zero sense. The rudeness is unnecessary just like a rating is but here we are :)

I get the SAME medicine at the SAME time every single month and they are “out” and can’t tell me when I can get it refilled!? I don’t CARE about your provider blah blah this GET A NEW ONE because I surely need to or I won’t have my medications when I need them.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy around, the entire pharmacy staff is hateful, rude, and incompetent. It’s been like this for several years

I really dislike writing negative reviews. Two women I have worked with at the drive through at this location were excellent, friendly, kind and helpful. They even give my dogs biscuits. However, there is one that has a reputation and I got to meet her today. She was rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. There is not need for that. We don’t know what peoples’ stories are or what they are holding in their lives right now, which also might be true for this woman. But a little respect and kindness can go a long way for others and for her.

One way of not talking to customers is to trap they in a automated call system that won't connect you to a real person at the location you called.

The new male pharmacist is very rude and acts like he doesn’t want to help you when you call. He thinks he’s the doctor and can decide whether or not you can have a medication that is legally prescribed to you. I asked for lyrica two days early due to a vacation and have never had to ask for any medications early. He acted like I was a drug seeker and didn’t want to fill it for me. I told him I already had the doctors’ approval and that didn’t seem to be sufficient for him. He eventually filled it but not without a lecture and what felt like judgement for me being young and having to have lyrica due to a back injury. He’s just always rude and that incident makes me wish he’d find a different pharmacy because since he’s started there, things have gotten worse in all aspects.

Need to train employees better before leaving them to run a register
