I have always had to have and maintain a good relationship with our family pharmacy and physicians due to cancer and lots of BIG sicknesses that ONLY GOD and good doctors and our Walgreens family and so many others who have simply said thank you to my husband or me, or how much these already hard hard workers....but they always remind me that they have already found us the lowest prices as well as helping us to get a few medications filled at another Walgreens. They are 5 stars also!!!

The worst pharmacy in Clinton. PERIOD. Left the one in Walmart because it was a total train wreck, this one is worse. The absolute RUDEST people you’ll ever deal with. Delays in refills, when they’re on file. Makes you feel like you’re some doper if you come in with a a VALID prescription for a pain medication or controlled substance. I get a few things on GoodRx and it’s on file, yet when it’s refill time they delay it, send me a text saying theirs an issue with my insurance. No, it’s on GoodRx, you should know that after 2 years. Get the third degree over every little request. Just rude as hell. Oh yes, they has been a time or two that things go as they should, but 99% of the time there’s an issue. Still getting notifications to refill meds I’m no longer on and have repeatedly told them to remove them from the system. My primary doctor hates dealing with them, as well as my specialists. My girlfriend went complete postal on them today after being told it would take 30 minutes, and her drivers license would be all that was needed to pick up my prescriptions which included a pain medication for me after my knee surgery today. Went back, prescription was ready, except for the pain med. She was told since I had had a pain medication filled a month ago there, they weren’t gonna refill it. Um, no. It wasn’t a pain medication, it was a controlled substance for narcolepsy, NOT a narcotic. A pharmacist should know the difference. Ridiculous. I could write all night on here, but I’m not wasting anymore time with these people. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else! I’m done. They’ll get nothing else from me.

I would give this no stars if I could just based on the customer service I just experience. I called ahead and asked how long it would be before my prescription would be ready because I WOULD BE WAITING FOR IT and the guy I talked to told me 30 to 40 mins. So i waited 35 mins then went thru the drive thru. The lady tried to lie to me and say it was just called in that i would receive a text. I told her i called and was told 30 to 40 mins, she then said she would go check on it. When she came back she said the guy said that he told me 45 mins and again I would receive a text. I then asked how much longer and she told me she didn't know that she wont give me a time frame (why not every other pharmacy does). She was incredibly rude. So I decided to go on home because I have my 2 year old son with me so since i didnt know how much longer i knew he wasnt gonna last much longer just sitting in the car. My house is not even 5 mins down the road. As soon as i pulled in my driveway i received that text. So you're telling me they couldnt tell me to give them 5 more minutes?? Needless to say I will be switching to Apple discount. Worst customer service i have ever experienced at a pharmacy.

Would give a ZERO if possible. The pharmacy employees are the worst. I use CVS (so much nicer) but they didn't have the OTC medication I needed. Tried to pick up thru the drive thru (med was on the list for drive thru availability) and was told there was a line. I will drive to Nashville before I ever go there again.

It has gotten to the point I feel I have been forced to go to CVS because it take entirely too long to get stuff at the Walgreens store.You have to wait forever to get to the register because of all the stories you have to wait on and when you do get thereYou get ( Do you want to donate to this foundation or do you want to donate to that or another, Do you know ant to apply for a Walgreens credit card No Are you sure Im sure, it doesn't cost you anything, no thank you, only takes a second ,I JUST WANT TO PAY FOR MY STUFF! )Heres a thought, install a self check out so we can get on with our lives.

This store is the slowest store. When trying to call and get ahold of someone in the pharmacy department you will sit on hold for 35 minutes or more while they pick up the phone and keep placing you on hold

I am reviewing Walgreens and Kroger for a recent Kroger pickup at Main St. I put in a pre Thanksgiving order to be delivered here. I get home with my order and there are things missing. Just a few things, no big deal, as long as I wasn't charged for them. I called Walgreens. They said call Kroger. I proceeded to call ALL of the Krogers. Oak Ridge, Powell, Clinton Hwy location. Nobody could help me. No one had any record of my order and Walgreens informed me they had no idea which Kroger they got my order from. To me, it's pretty concerning that out of all of those people I spoke to that day, only one person tried to help me (thank you Sarah at Clinton Hwy location). The rest just passed me off to the next person and NOBODY knew that Kroger delivered orders to Walgreens...except for Walgreens. So my question is STILL, who handled my order?

I was there on November 7 to pick up antibiotics for UTI and they were so nice and respectful I was back again last night to get my Booster they were so kind and I had a question today for Amy and she was so kind and helpful John gave my Booster last night I never knew he had gave it and he said you are ready to go I appreciate their kindness because I have only been there a few times and most Pharmacies if you are not a regular customer they are not as kind But this Walgreens is great all the way around I come in and get make up sometimes when I’m up that way and they are so helpful finding things my gmail says Jane but I’m Pam and I just wanted to Thank you for your kindness May God Bless you all
