I normally liked going to this Walmart but today I had a weird experience that I’m still shaking off.I was going to the checkout lane today at Lane 3 and the younger woman with colored hair was standing there not at the register so I simply asked her “are you open?” and she answered in a negative tone with “the light is on”….. I had to turn around and leave the store because it felt so off putting and almost like a demonic entity was speaking instead of a human.This is why I use self checkout the only good employee here is Mary the sweet old lady at the self checkout everyone else I avoid eye contact and asking them anything.

I recently placed an order for a window AC unit that was clearly marked as available for both delivery and pickup. I live just 10 minutes from the store, but was at work at the time of the order. Unfortunately, when a store associate reviewed it, the order was canceled and I was told the item was sold out.
Out of curiosity and frustration, I stopped by the store myself shortly after — and found the shelf fully stocked with the exact unit I had ordered. It was clear that the item was available, but for some reason, no one took the time to fulfill the order properly.
To make matters worse, I’m still waiting on my refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience here; it seems there’s an ongoing issue with staff not being willing to assist customers properly. I hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements.

Put in a mobile order to be picked up at the store. I got the order and got home and realized 2 of my items were missing, I have tried to call the store 3+ times and no one will answer the phone. I have called every department, even the HR line and can’t get anybody to answer.

It's usually well stocked, but go early. Since they priced everyone out of business a few years ago, this place gets crazy busy.

Was in customer service line for over 25 min yesterday Aug 5,all because of one stupid customer wanting a purchase researched and only one representative behind counter,there were many lined up behind me. There should be 2 employees behind a customer service counter at all times,no matter what time it is, there's enough employees there to cover breaks

I generally try to avoid Walmart is always so busy but not too bad on a Sunday morning The thing I do like about Walmart is I can go and get everything I need from garbage bags to shampoo to groceries they sometimes have things available that other grocery stores do not carry and their prices are comparable to most anywhere
