Customer service is great! They have a lot of items that I like. I got a good deal on the Christmas tree! Although I got charged more on three items then it was listed at on the sign.

Triune is our preferred store. They typically have helpful employees and items we need stocked. If we can't find it on the floor someone usually helps to look for it in the back. We'll definitely keep this as our go to store for horse supplies.

We live halfway between Triune and Murfreesboro, and will go to this College Grove location whenever possible to avoid Boro traffic. It's convenient, clean, and the folks are always friendly.

Love this TSC! Especially when Angie is working, she's the best! Super helpful. Very knowledgeable. And helped me buy way more chickens than I needed! Haha! Love TSC!

Need some customer service trainingGuy wouldn't even offer to help look for some certain screws I needed. Figured that would make it quicker so he could get out of there. But kept reminding me was closing in 15 min.

I have come out on 2 separate occasions being told that the propane service is functional and each time I’ve arrived was told by staff that it “just stopped working” tractor supply needs to fix their propane fill tank or stop telling customers that their services is available. This has been a huge waste of my time. Thanks a lot tractor supply.

Let me tell you about the amazing customer service I received from both Carly and Angie at this store on Triune…On this cold night I lost one of my gloves and stopped to get a pair here… struggling to separate the pair (as they were for some reason stapled together) both Angie and Carly took there time to help me get them serpeares so I could enjoy nice warm hands on my journey home… Gotta love TSC and it’s employees… came back the same night to get some boots they had on sale for 50%.

Friendly and helpful staff at this store. They have a nice new propane fill pump where you can pay outside without having to go in.
