Just did a propane exchange. The sign says $22.99, but was charged $24.99.
I didn't argue or ask for the $2 back but I did mention it to the clerk who was helping me. He was nice and said he'd tell the manager.

Your overnight worker during the week is the reason I started making this my regular stop in the morning. He is very friendly and willing to help on anything and makes the sales and deals known! Great guy and a great hire by circle k. Any company would be lucky to have this gentleman work for them.

Me and my husband just currently watch an old man who is also a veteran for this country get robbed out of his Powerball ticket. We were standing behind him in line and watch the tickets be scanned he had 3 ..4times but then the cashier handed him six dollars and the man said some thing and told him that he was wrong and then the other manager came in and said that it was correct when me and my husband stood back behind this man and watch the screen they just dip that old man at a six more dollars. It’s still at the end of the day is wrong.

There is a sign at the entrance that warns customers not to "abuse" their employees, yet when their employees are downright rude, untrained, incompetent and discriminatory, there is no appeal, no requirement that they identify themselves or their supervisor. There is no complaint form offered, no toll free "feedback" number, no manager or owner's business cards. Their employees are overworked and underpaid, often openly displaying nose rings, tattoos, gang symbols, make threats to "get their gun" out of their cars, threaten customers with death or arrest if they try to complain about the lazy clerks who refuse to refill the receipt paper tapes at the pumps, refuse to clean the bathrooms, chatter with other employees while lines of customers wait patiently for them to take their money. No active listening skills training. No customer service training. No problem resolution training. Never are they allowed to identify their supervisor or manager or provide their number. Circle K used to conform to "best practices" but now they are just another ripoff business mistreating their low wage employees and tolerating contempt by those employees toward customers. I've not personally received discriminatory treatment or contempt and vitriolic hatred from employees since I'm a white male, but I've witnessed such behaviour countless times at numerous Circle K locations in this area. Circle K ought to clean house and start over if they want to earn the respect of and repeat business from customers.

Picked up a bite of food, fill up car with gas and purchased Lotto tickets. Staff was friendly and attentive, we learned how to scan your Lotto numbers from your smartphone. It was my first time using the app and their first time to scan picks from a phone. Hopefully my picks will be drawn in the lotto.
