“Not sure about all these negative comments. I've been with them since the combustion days and absolutely love them. According to branch of course. The riverfront parkway staff are excellent. The one I go to for the most part has an employee that comes of as rude sometimes as well gives you the impression it's her money in my bank account. I avoid dealing with her at all cost. My father banked with them as well and the branch manager transferred from his location to mine. She always asked how he was up until his passing in 24. I think you're going to have issues with any bank eventually. My biggest issue besides the lady I spoke of is the 5 day hold even on a cashier's check. Have a house fire and wearing the only clothes you have you can plan on wearing them more on account of that issue. If that's their policy then there should be exceptions in cases like that. Lose all you have yet they can't accept instant deposit on a major insurance company seems a bit extreme to me.”
