There was a sign on the door that said they would be back in 20 minutes. Someone was already there waiting. Waited 50 minutes. Finally decided to go to a different store. I understand people need breaks but either get someone to cover, fix the sign, or come back when you’re supposed to. Did not appreciate this after a 10 hour shift.

Whoever is working Sunday December 29, needs fired bc I called 3 times trying to see if they have my vape and no answer. So then I drive over and he has his head down on the desk as I’m pulling in and literally just ignoring phone calls. Worthless.

I’ve been a regular here for a few months. There’s a good selection of disposable vapes but the customer service keeps me coming back. Kat is always super friendly and gives honest reviews/suggestions. I recommend this shop if you have any questions about delta products or vapes!

I have had the great good fortune to do business with these folks for awhile. Everyone I've dealt with has been great, however, Kat is super! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and non-judgmental. If an item is new, Kat can either tell you about it or knows precisely where to land hands on the resource material. I, being a woman of mature years, find her demeanor most refreshing: customer service is a big deal. The products I've purchased have been just as promised; the pricing reasonable and competitive. The fact that they're local is just gravy! I highly recommend Dab City Tobacco & Vape.

Most of the time I go in not knowing what I want. Kat is perfect to talk to in these situations! She is super knowledgeable on the products they have and what I might like! Her customer service skills rock and she always makes it feel like I’m talking to a friend! Definitely give this place a try!
