Poor customer service I received at your store located at 4569, While checking out, the gentleman working the night shift treated me with complete disrespect. He threw my items while scanning them, showing absolutely no care or professionalism. His attitude was unacceptable, and his behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It is concerning that someone with such a poor approach to customer service is allowed to represent your company. People like this should not be working in customer-facing roles.

This store is absolutely disgusting. The aisles are crammed with boxes and the floor (what I can see of it) looks like it’s never been cleaned. I’ve never been in a store so gross, cluttered, and overall so rundown. It’s an embarrassment to the Dollar General company and the town of Ooltewah.

Does the money pen have a habit of being wrong when checking if money is real? Does the fancy money checking machine have a habit of being wrong? In my experience they work well. So why did you have to check to see if my 10s were real so many times. Like there's no way I have real money. Certainly feels like you were trying to make me feel uncomfortable about it too.

I wish i could give them 0 starts
The people working there are extremely disrespectful individuals
Especially the white lady and the white male
They’re extremely racist and they literally follow you all around the store acting like you’re stealing
Just because you’re Hispanic
They will treat you completely different to
American individuals

Very short haired African American lady at register had very bad attitude. Had issue with credit card machine and instead of being helpful she was like I don't see what the problem is if you just read the screen. Very rude. Won't return.

Went in this store today April 18, 2024 to pick up a few things. It was my first time in this store and will definitely be my LAST. It is trashy, filthy and just plain disgusting. Floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped or even swept for that matter in years. Shelves completely empty and dirty, falling apart. Wish I could give it ZERO STARS. Needs to be shut down.

What Dump!!! SmellS bad... Couldn't find one thing on a shelf that was presentable. Looks like a tornado hit the inside of this store then open the doors right after.. The manager is very nice, Always see him stocking shelves. Huge warehouse carts all up and down the aisles, all of the aisles. The $1 aisle, man what a damn joke. Looks like a 1 year old stocked.

I called ahead because i was on a door dash and it was 9:30. I knew they closed a t 10 So i didn't want to be rude. I told them i was on my way the items were 2 2 liters. i got there at 9:48PM and as i was getting out of the car one of them locked the door and ran to the back. They must have been so ashamed or scared.

This was the nastiest place I have ever been in bathroom was disgusting no toilet paper store was dirty as well no reason for this DG you have lots of money clean update rebuild never again will I go here

Couldn’t even move in there. There was stock on carts sitting everywhere and only one person stocking the shelves. Also most of the shelves were empty. When I got to the register the girl behind the counter asked me if I was using cash or card. When I said card, she told me to use the self checkout. When I told her I didn’t like the self checkout she got mad because she actually had to do her job. Dollar General needs to hire people to stock the shelves after the store closes at night. That way the shelves will be full when they open and people can actually shop instead of trying to maneuver through the maze they have created.

This store is a mess! Every aisle was blocked with carts loaded with cardboard and merchandise. Lots of empty shelves. Trashy, such disarray and dirty. I would hate to think what would happen in case of a fire or other emergency. I have pics.
