Closing my account next week they marked my card as undelivered but I got it and now my card keep cutting off have had to go to them 2 times already and now I don't have access to my money once again I would do it as soon as they open but part of my direct deposit is going to them and it's too late to do it now

Walking into the credit union to find smiling faces and a great greeting, would make anyone want to either join, keep coming back, or just make it a second home. My first time in the CU I was going to open up on my 30 minute break and I was done before the time was up and I made it back to work early. I had all my documents for the account opening. Amazing customer service. I think I'll make it my second home.

Terrible experience. If my company didn’t have a relationship with this bank I would not use them. I went in to add a relative to my account and to deposit an insurance check made out directly to this relative and was sent away to cash it at a Walmart. Mind you I just wanted to DEPOSIT this money and had no problem with it clearing! Long story short I ended up paying almost 200$ in fees at Advanced financial to cash the checks because UNIFY kept making excuses on why they “felt“ they couldn’t deposit it. Why even have a bank if you can’t deposit money into your account?! Stay away ! There are tons of credit unions ! Go somewhere that will actually help you !

I've been with the since 2004 always friendly easy going staff, if you have a personal preference you can speak whom you want, they will call you back answer questions give advice to fit your financial goals. If you just going to drive through they see you they speak by calling your name. I don't bank with banks any more.. Mamie Upshaw - Jones

I have banked here since starting Mckee Foods in 2014 and I love it. Very friendly and understanding. Any problems I have ever experienced it has been taken care of right away in a professional manner.

If you are in a hurry, dont go there. It always seems when I go through the drive through to get a simple task such a breaking a $20 for change, it takes 15 to 20 minutes because they all have to stand around and gossip about you to the bank manager.
