The facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Joe is my personal trainer and Addison is my wife’s personal trainer. Both are great at motivation and the plans they have set forth for us is an incredible workout. But they don’t stop there. They actually take the time to prepare meal plans for us to follow so that we receive the full benefits of the training process. I would recommend both of these guys to anyone who wants to change their appearance, eating habits or just looking for a better healthier lifestyle.

Great place to work out. Very very clean. Liz makes it all run like a clock and it’s very friendly and will help you With anything you need. Kathy and Brooklyn are really good keeping the place clean and very approachable to talk to couldn’t ask for a better trio. Very glad I belong to this club.
