I drove here with no appointment for them to look at my car that had some scratches down the passenger side. Patrick took care of it right there! He was able to buff them out right there in my parking spot! I offered to pay, but he said there was no charge!

I highly recommend this company. Mandi is AWESOME 👌 👏 and keeps you informed throughout the process. She's approachable and easy to speak with regarding your concerns. I also liked my vehicle was ready three days ahead of schedule. It's hard to get a 5 star 🌟 review from me, but they were awesome

I had an accident, went to the Mt.Moriah office but had to work in Collierville. Mt .Moriah removed my broken part. I took it to Collierville and they put it back on immediately FOR FREE. IM SO IMPRESSED AND HAPPY. EVERYONE was so nice. They should get 10 stars.

Mandi from Caliber is amazing! She personally updated me via text 3 days a week and had my car read in less than 2 weeks despite the bad weather, parts delay etc. The car is literally brand new again and they gave lifetime warranty on all replaced parts. This place must be THE BEST in town. Thanks Caliber!

They did not follow one main request, that the windshield replacement be made of original equipment KIA glass. This is due to climate control performance issues. The glass must be replaced. The repair was a 1 1/2 weeks late which gave them plenty of time to review and correct this issue. The rest of the body work was good.
