I went to this Advance Auto Parts store in Collierville, TN yesterday to buy a battery for my 2011 Honda. Karl and the rest of the AAP team were excellent in every way. They were knowledgeable, honest, and fun. I highly recommend them!

JOV , Melissa, Fred, Samantha , and Bruce are all totally awesome!Best part house in town.They Know you , THEY TREAT you right!They are my favorite people to get parts from.Just going in there and having a conversation about what you need is a smooth process.There parts seem to be the most reliable also….. Napa and Auto-zone parts are for selling a vehicle, not keeping it!

I purchased something online for in store pick up and what they gave me had clearly been opened when they gave it to me I took picture of the box as soon as I got home. The only reason I even bought it here is because the product page said it had a 45 day return policy. First and last time shopping at advance auto parts. I’ll be sure to let every know this place is a complete scam

Customer service was pitiful on this particular morning at 8:10 Tuesday june 7.I stood there for 10 minutes without even being asked to hold on.The two employees were both on the phone with Customers and when I carefully mentioned it, the male employee seemed a little bit annoyed.I politely returned the items to the shelf and proceeded to the closest AutoZone.

My car battery went out. I called all over the city and not one place would sell me a battery and install it right then in the trunk where it resides. No one that is except Advance Auto in Collierville, TN. Samantha is the best of help and provides service extraordinaire. Bruce knows his stuff and he installed this crazy large battery as good or better than anyone could. If you have any car issues, give them a call or better yet, just head on over. You won't be sorry, you'll be glad you did. Thank you Advance Auto Parts!!
