TESTED MY BATTERY AND SIAD IT WAS BAD, I BOUGHT ONE FROM THEM AND FOUND OUT FROM A MECHANIC IT WAS THE STARTER, THE BATTERY THAT EAS REPLCAED WAS ONLY 2.5 YEARS OLD.

Came in today after I got off work because I was worried I was low on oil. Max was the best he took his time and helped me out by checking my oil. He also checked my battery post and also make sure all my fluids were good as a single woman. I bought a can of spray paint shook it real well went to spray a spot and paint went everywhere all over me my truck ran all down the can. When back to auto zone to swap it out it cost me 17 dollars for the can the would not exchange it because I didn’t have the receipt I know I was in the computer so I just threw away 17 dollar because their product malfunction it was the biggest rip off I ever had their receipt fades away were to can’t even read it after two days y’all suck will not be back wasn’t asking for my money just a can that worked so save your receipt if your gonna exchange something with theses pos.

9/29/24. I get there at 7:35 doors locked. Come back at 8:50 doors locked. Sign on door says open at 7:30. You might want to hire a new manager and employees I won’t be back. Napa or O’Reily from now on. Always a problem at this autozone.

My battery very quickly died. I called Autozone and they had what I needed. I took my car over and they fixed me right up! I was SO appreciative as my husband was out of town! They were a lifesaver!!!

ERIIIIIIIIN! ERIN! ERIN! ERIN! Everybody shut up and just let Erin run the company!! She was knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly and personable. SHE’S THE BEST AUTO ZONE EMPLOYEE I’VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! Give Erin the store! If you can’t do that then Erin needs to be the friggin’ manager!

Great great customer service and experience with Ms. Holly G- District Manager. Store was busy, but there were enough staff to handle the workload. I came in for a new battery and got a white glove service. Keep it up Collierville Store!

Everyone and I mean EVERYONE of the employees were very helpful but Justin M. was super helpful and was very understanding! We went to other autozones and no one would help us foreal but Justin came up to us and asked did we need help and literally helped above and beyond!! Had no problems just many compliments thanks to all of the employees and especially to Justin !!
