It felt cheated when you pay rent for 2BHK which is more than 3 BHK considering both renovated..in long run it is definitely impacts the pocket..

Recently applied and the ladies in the office have been so helpful. I toured multiple complexes and this had the best staff, interior and price!

Bailey Creek was intentionally deceptive about my unit having a washer/dryer. It specifically shows on the floorplan a washer and dryer yet when I moved in there wasn’t one. I thought maintenance was coming to hook one up but I was told that I don’t get a washer and dryer, and I have to provide them myself. They didn’t disclose this at all before I moved in. Shame on them. EDIT - Have woken up every single day this week at 5 AM to a dog barking on the other side of my wall. They won’t do anything about it. Seriously stay away.

They really just don't care after you sign the lease. We have had multiple issues with this apartment since we moved in may of THIS year. It's literally been 6 months and we've had more problems than we should already. It's a safe place to live and that's about it. If you care about your money you shouldn't waste it here.

The leasing office and property management company are horrible at communicating. They don't take security concerns seriously and if you try reaching out, they'll take forever to respond (if they ever respond). A shame, because I love my actual apartment. But I won't be recommending this complex to anyone once my lease is up. You'll pay too much for a company who could care less.

Doesn’t listen to its residents. Lack of security. Minimizes issues when brought up. Don’t move in here

There are snakes on the property. We told management so they could call an exterminator...they refused and said it wasn't there problem...

We came to collect a friend's keys and it was hot outside and grabbed a coke zero and she was saying it's only for people on tour... Why did you have a help yourself sign?? Please remove it..

I have here since October 18, 2021. I have been lied to, there is no communication, every time it rains, I get water damage. It is a beautiful place. The people living here are nice. The property is nice. My only problem is Property Management isn't good at all. I would love to stay here. I have experienced 5 times when I rains, I get water damage. Steven said he told me before I signed the lease that it would flood. That is a lie. Every time it rains, I have to move everything from the master bedroom and the closet so a guy can put a wet-vac to dry the carpet. I can't take it anymore

I just moved in on October 18, 2021. l really thought I found a good place to live. It's nice and quiet, everybody's friendly. It a safe place. I have rain damage every time in rains. I had a wet vac to dry out my carpet 3 times. As a matter of fact, I have a wet vac now from a rain a few days ago. It rained pretty hard last night and now I am to need more wet vacs. Everytime I have to move furniture for about 2-4 days. They know they have a problem. My neighbor says it's been a problem since February. Stephen is not very honest. I really this place all except for Stephen Timberlake

Just an update to below issue:Finally after many follow-ups, Plumbing team fixed the hot water issue. A person from Maintenance team (not sure about name) was here to explain the issue for plumbing team and Morris came in couple of times to enquire and make sure everything is working fine. We really appreciate him for checking on us. I Hope, in future ;if something like this happens issue will be resolved soon. Thanks for taking care of it!!!Issue:Highly disappointed with the management and maintenance. No hot water from past 4 day’s , leasing office staff mentioned they are just waiting for plumbing company people to take a look at the water heater. After repeatedly checking with leasing staff, the reason again given was plumbing company people is short of resources that’s why it’s getting delayed for them to come and take a look.Final response is as soon as possible it will be fixed. It’s been 4 days nothing changed and they don’t have timeline mentioning when it will be fixed. The weather is cold, no hot water and that too with a kid at home. They are least concerned with their residents. For them all that matters is about their rent and their policy for charging fine; if residents are not paying rent within 5th of the month..what might be the emergency for residents doesn’t matter, all they think is about management loss and their policy is all about rent in timely manner or fine for any damages etc..I’m not sure whom we need to escalate or what kind of compensation we get when these kind of emergency maintenance issues are not resolved for 4 days and don’t even know when it will be resolved..It’s our bad luck and don’t have an option, we need to stay in this apartment because of the lease and they are just taking advantage. Who ever searching for apartment in Bailey Creek, my humble request for you all is to think before signing new lease here.it’s not worth it!!!

I’ve never worked at a more warm and welcoming environment than at Bailey Creek! The maintenance lives on the property and doesn’t let a work order stand incomplete for longer than two days; emergencies are completed day of!! I love the system of operations at the leasing office and how organized management stays! All apartments are walked numerous times before a prospective resident moves in which is AWESOME. I’ve personally lived at numerous apartment complexes around Memphis, Nashville, and Chattanooga for schooling, and none were as put-together as Bailey Creek!

I am blown away by these not so great reviews. My experience at Bailey Creek has been nothing short of spectacular. The staff is always helpful and pleasant and when I had to move in quickly they went above an beyond to make that happen. Maintenance is wonderful and always attends to request quickly. At move in my apartment was exactly what I was told it would be and in great condition. The amenities and grounds are beautiful especially the lake. Shellie, the Property Manager, is always so involved with every aspect and she does a great job!! Overall I would recommend Bailey Creek to anyone wanting to live in Collierville, in a great location, and with staff that takes care of your needs. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
