I've had absolutely terrible experiences in this store. Really, it's 2 women in particular- one is worse than the other, but it's the 2 older women who work there and have both been there a while regardless of their awful attitudes. My first big issue was maybe about a year ago when I had a brand new unused candle that I ordered online during a candle sale. The candle arrived and as soon as I smelled it, I began to get queasy and nauseated so I was like ok it's fine I'll just exchange it. I had a receipt and again, NOT USED and less than a week since I received it. These 2 ladies informed me that the new policy is that I would have to pay the difference from the sale rather than being able to make an even exchange. All while condescendingly calling me hon and sweetheart and honestly seemed a little too happy about denying my exchange. So, now be careful what you order online because even if the scent makes you sick, you'll be paying out of pocket to make an exchange on a brand new unused product with a receipt and these 2 ladies will smile and smirk about it the whole time. I decided last week to go back and smell some candles before making an online purchase- you know, since you can't return them anymore, and I was the only customer in the store with these 2 same women. The store had been closed for a week the previous week due to bad weather. I saw that there were some 50% off candles in my favorite scent and I had 2 coupons for free items under 16.50 so I got 4 of the candles and grabbed 2 wallflowers ($7 each) for my coupons to cover. As soon as I got to the register I was met with pure nastiness from one of those 2 women I've mentioned in this review. No hi, hello, or even a smile. Glare & "put your phone number in." I put it in and she said that I had like 6 and which one was correct? Obviously, she was very inconvenienced by me and my mere presence. She rang me up and I pulled out my phone to show my coupon codes for my wallflowers. She immediately said in that condescending clipped tone that I didn't have anything that qualified for those coupons. I said the coupon is for items up to 16.50 and wallflowers are $7.50 so yes they qualify. She asked rudely if I really wanted to "waste" my coupon in such a low priced item? I said yes I do! She shook her head and said ok I just hate to see people do it. I asked her why she was so bothered with what I did with MY coupon. Then I told her I'm gonna do it twice because I have two coupons. She never once smiled or dropped her attitude. I left and was super mad and stressed so I called another store and asked what I could do. She told me I could return the items and she would save me some at her store. I ended up doing this and luckily corporate reinstated the coupons I lost during the purchase. I highly recommend literally any other BBW store in town but this one. Never ever ever again. Never. Also, remember to know what you're ordering before you order as you cannot exchange unused items even with a receipt despite the "100% guarantee" which is a big lie.

Today was my first purchase from bath & body works ever. Not the best experience. Did not feel welcome by register associate. At the end of my interaction I felt regret of buying from this store.
