We came here to do the “Pay your age birthday bear” the experience started out well but after we denied the multiple costly “extras” to add to the birthday bear, the employee’s entire attitude changed toward us. It would be better to not offer this promotion than to offer it and be upset when it is used. If we decide to do this again we will be visiting a different location.

I was in here 11/202024 @6:30P.M...The Manager Kacey and her worker was so helpful, nice, and courteous..They both went above and beyond with assisting and making you feel special when it's your child's birthday unlike the store in Southaven...I live 35 minutes from Collierville I'd rather drive that distance than to go to Southaven and be treated like trash by Grace..I hope no one else has to experience what I experienced with the Southaven store

We visited today with our two year old and both young ladies working there made it a magical experience with their kindness and patience, bringing my sometimes shy child out of her shell and involving her in the process! We love our birthday bear.

Took my daughter to build a bear in Collierville tonight. The lady was rude and rushed us to pick out a bear. When my daughter decided , she asked if she wanted a sound or scent. My daughter replied no. She said this is BUILD a bear, where you build a bear. If you want a plain stuffed animal go to Walmart. This is definitely not the build a bear charm we are used to. I thought this was rude and unprofessional.
