We drive 30 minutes to come here and every time we come it is closed. It either needs to be open or the hours need to be changed online. Also, no one ever answers the phone. This is like the 4th time no one is here when it says it’s open. This is the worst customer service.

Had an appointment for ear piercing shows store open get there doors locked lights on and nothing calling the phone and no answer very unprofessional no sign posted saying anything just bad business never again.

I’m trying to figure out why this store isn’t open when it suppose to be. This seems to be the norm here. I came two hours before the closing and it says close at 7pm online and on the door but they are already closed. With no note indicating they will be closed early. This is ridiculous and this location should be closed if no one is every going to be available during business hours

DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE FOR A PIERCING!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! The manager is the one who does the piercings. I picked out the earrings for my baby but when she pierced the left ear, I noticed it was the wrong earrings. She took the earring out and proceeded to pierce the right ear with the correct earring. She went back to the left ear and pierced it but it didn't go all the way through. Now my baby has to wait until it heals before it can be pierced again. That manager doesn't know what she's doing. She's making careless mistakes.

This place says it open at 10am but the person that suppose to open up the store pulled up late went inside came back out she took 10 mor mins getting things out her car while eating its now 10:15 went back in the store locked the door and still have the lights off and when asking when they suppose to open up she ignored us and closed the door I do not recommend this location

I've tried going into the store 2 different times after 4pm. Both times there is sign saying the staff is on break and will return in 30 mins. When I come back later, the sign is still up or they have closed early for the evening. Very unreliable.

When y’all decide to post rude reviews, remember that sometimes companies don’t have enough workers and they already have to do everything. Currently, this store has one full time employee. The signs they post have the info you need. Just because you choose to not care or understand isn’t their fault

Came sunday @1:15pm no one is here. Very inconvenient. Tried to call no answer. Someone came and put a closed for the day sign up at 1:18pm .

Never come here they are never open on no day when they are suppose to drove 30 mins Sunday just for no one to be there pitch black dark at 2pm this the 3rd time maybe I’ve been and same result
