Just tried to shop here at 11 a.m. CDT on a Tuesday. Doors were locked, lights were off, and attempts to call were met with a busy signal. Been disappointed in this place for a while, especially when they started adding a surcharge for purchases made with credit or debit cards.

Disappointed that they don’t offer refunds, only exchanges and store credits. Won’t shop here anymore, too many other companies that offer the same product with better customer service.

This store has Ole Miss and Mississippi State products. That's pretty much it. The name is deceiving. I've been in several times to see if any new schools are being carried, and it hasn't changed. If you are in the market for anything Ole Miss or MS State related, this is your place!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Most items however are typically sold at Msrp. So typically you cant expect to save a ton of money.
