I traded a pristine f250 and paid cash for a 2019 Dodge Ram 3500. I was told it was a Laramie Longhorn and I have the sales ad and paper work that states Laramie Longhorn, I was promised that they’d fix all cameras, a mirror, and a broken interior handle, and I’d have the title in a few days.
After running vin it’s a lower model than dealership stated, repairs haven’t been made, and I’m on my 3rd drive out tag because they they have failed to produce a title on 5 months. I have spoke to several people and nothing has been done, and the staff has been nothing but rude. I’d like someone to contact me and rectify this before I have to escalate this to the next level. I have to come here and leave a review at this point because they keep blowing me off in the office. Next step is BBB because my attorney (aka best friend) has advised me to do so in this process.

My experience at the dealership was actually STELLAR! I had a trade that I was having trouble finding anybody that would give me a reasonable offer for. I was trying to stick to the bigger dealerships as in my experience they tend to be more on the straight and narrow. I stopped into Collierville Auto just to see. The Salesman was amazing, and the offer they gave me for the trade in was right where I wanted it to be. So a deal was made, and my troubles began . . . Part of the deal was that the dealership would have the vehicle I was purchasing detailed. Turns out they have a different dealership do all of their interior cleanings, and maintenance. So I took the vehicle to Millington to be detailed. The dealership that did the detailing removed all personal items from the truck (only 2 items that were big enough that I didn’t think they would be forgotten about as they stick out due to size and bright color) and did not put them back. I found out later that that Millington dealership signed off of the initial inspection even though the right front brake caliper was attached with only one, untightened bolt . . . thank goodness I put new brakes on it right away.
Next, it took 6 weeks for the payoff check to be sent for the loan on my trade in. This delay cost me an additional payment, and the loan application for the new vehicle expired and was at a higher interest rate when I applied for it again all due to the delay in Pay off that was of course not processed by Collierville Auto, but my a third dealership in Memphis.
Finally, I receive a notice from my bank that the interest rate on my loan for the new vehicle will be going up because they have not yet received proof of a lien on the title, so the loan is now considered an unsecured personal loan. This is FOUR MONTHS after the purchase date. I dug, and dug, and dug, and found the paperwork is all processed by Mt. Moriah Auto Sales in Memphis. After asking for a status on my paperwork for a week, I finally got an answer. Four months from the purchase date, and nothing had been done with my paperwork. It took another week to get the paperwork in my hands, at which point I was able to complete all title work myself. I will say that during the delay, Collierville Auto issued me new Temp tags whenever I needed them without complaint
While my experience at Collierville Auto was great . . . every ounce of that transaction following the purchase was a nightmare that I was just able to resolve after my initial purchase in January.

Only reason this isn't five stars is that it took a good while to get my tags. Other than that it went pretty good. Had issues with my purchased vehicle after 6 days of having it. I spoke to Bobby and he said he would make it right. He did exactly what he said he would do and trying his best to get more done. He was a man of his word. Thanks Bobby

I would be very hesitant to buy any vehicle from here or any of their other partner locations.
Bought a vehicle in August. Paid cash for the vehicle. They took 4 months to provide the title.
Made countless calls, and all went unanswered.
The salesperson (Rob Thomas) was of no assistance either and never returned calls either.
Only after getting an investigator involved did they finally produce the title.

Had a great experience here with Bobby Taylor and team. Bobby was truly patient, thoughtful, and honest - something that is often said, however truly exemplified in this industry as it was in my purchase case. I traveled to Tennessee from Illinois because of the fantastic selection and pricing Collierville and sister store Mt. Moriah have - and was not disappointed. The F250 Limited I was originally scheduled to test drive began to have transmission issues prior to my arrival - which Bobby was very upfront about upon my arrival. Bobby had a great knowledge of his stock of vehicles, however, and he recommended an F250 Platinum that he had in stock which fit my needs. I would recommend Collierville and Mt. Moriah Auto Sales to anyone in and around the Eastern US - it is well worth a drive in for their selection, pricing, service.

I bought a truck there, came all the way from Missouri to get it, soon as I was about 50 miles from home the check engine light came on. I called Jose and called him. Going on three weeks to a month later and he never returns my calls, nothing. All I want is this to be fixed, and it seems like I’m pulling teeth from an alligator. They want me to bring it back, and I work a lot so I can’t just walk away from my job and deliver it back to be fixed. Anyways, kinda poor business and not taking care of the customer. I haven’t financed in over ten years, and this is the single most horrible experience of my life. All I been asking was to work with me to get this fixed ( again). This truck is exactly what I wanted, and what not. Anyways, never returns my calls, never follows thru with anything he tells me in the phone nothing.. I understand he did his job, and got his commission ( probably the easiest sale he did) but take care of your customers… ????Fast forward to now, close to three months, still no plates, and didn’t mail enough money!! After Jose assured me twice, twice!!! That it was built into my loan.. liar!! I am responsible for 945 and some change!! And dumping almost three grand into it to fix the teuck!! Heater still don’t work right!! This place is a f****** joke!!

The center is nice itself and the guys there are very polite. I sold my car to them on September 3 and it took forever for my payoff to be done and today I just received my balance of the payoff 2.5 months later. On a good note my brother did buy a nice truck there that he loves.

Be careful when dealing with Bobby he told me parts of my truck worked that didn’t and also told me that he would fix 3 things on my vehicle and only fixed my gas cap. He lied to me and when I asked him through text message (when he told me to msg him anytime) about my part he said was on order he cursed me out. Then 3 months after buying this truck I had to fix multiple leaks and the lead frame for the transmission. I spent over $4,000 on this truck and didn’t have it but 90 days. I’m very disappointed in this business. They are crooks!

Jose was awesome. Absolute professional. Always great to do business with a fellow vet. I found the truck I wanted and contacted them. The entire deal was made over the phone. I showed up, looked the truck over, test drove, signed the papers, and was on my way in less than an hour. Highly recommend Collierville Auto center.

Had a bad experience with sales person name Jose very very disrespectful and smart axx while he was trying to sell me a vehicle I ask him to check the suspension he claim I wasn’t bying a Denali being a smart axx as by him being a smart axx I let him know by the time of my voice that I’m not a child for him to be smart moth with me as I had every intención to buy the vehicle as he told me and my family to leave the premises I ask to speak to the owner he said fallow me big guy come this way by that I fallow him to the boss office once I got in there I explain to the owner the situation I was greeted by the owner and the office rig like Mariguana that saids it all about this place
