Brandon Evans was great! He personally went to pick up the car I wanted from a sister dealership 3 hours away just so I could look at it in person! I ended up buying it and they made the process very easy for me

I test drove the Willy and loved it! I ended up leaving Collierville with a Jeep Wrangler and I am in love. There is so much room on the inside and I absolutely love the dashboard. Zach and Tyler were both amazing. Thank you guys!

Absolutely the worst service department! I scheduled an appointment for a recall and they had my jeep for 6 days. I called everyday to find out the status and everyday they just said they were working on it. Finally on day 6 I went up there and they could not find my jeep or my keys. As it turns out they never even looked at my jeep. I had to dig through a box of keys to find mine. Thank goodness I had a key chain on it so I could tell which one was mine. They never fixed anything on my jeep. I was not happy at all. I do not recommend them at all!

Tyler Cohn was such a great salesman to buy a car from! He made the entire process easy and really worked with my husband and I. Very genuine and personable throughout the whole buying process! I highly recommend Tyler to anyone looking to trade or buy a car. Such a great guy to work with!

Kerry, Zac, and the rest of the sales and financing team did a great job of taking care of me. They went above and beyond to ensure a quick and painless purchase process. I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to check out Collierville CDJR.

Jerrod “Cowboy” Worsham made this process extremely easy. Never pressured me for the sale, patient, and a real human being. If you go to this location do yourself a favor and go see The Cowboy. The overall staff was friendly. Sales/Finance team should be a little less imposing, but overall great experience.

10/10 recommend. Mr. Jerrod made the process of me purchasing my first vehicle so easy and smooth. He kept me updated throughout the process while there and even now, still follow up. GO SEE JERROD for great customer service!!

I inquired online about a new Ram Truck about a month or so ago and received a call from Jarrod “Cowboy” Worsham. The phone call was very professional, and the questions he asked were aimed towards finding the truck that I actually wanted and not just what they wanted to sell me. I told him I needed some time to get some things together but that when I was ready, I’ll give him a visit. He responded with respect, and no rush. Said he’d give me a call back in a few weeks just to check on me, which he did. There are other dealerships with the same trucks, but solely because of his customer service and the way he treated me, I chose to do business with him. It wasn’t a long process, and there wasn’t a lot of run around. I didn’t quite qualify for the truck I originally came in for, but he didn’t break a sweat. He had another truck waiting for me. Better than what I originally came in for. We got the price and details worked out, I came in the next morning, signed my papers, and drove off the lot happier than I ever expected to be. It’s all thanks to the man they call Cowboy, his push to make sure I that I left with my head held high behind the wheel of my new truck, Geoffrey Adams and everyone on the financial team at Collierville Dodge who played a part in making this deal happen. I will always appreciate their service and I’ll continue to do business with them for years to come. Thanks.

I am the owner of a RAM 1500, bought at this dealership. Last Sunday, one cylinder out of 8 started misfiring. I called the service department on Monday the 18th and was told to bring it in today (Thursday) at 8 pm. When I asked how long it would take I was told it would be "about two hours before we can look at it." That seemed sort of lousy for an APPOINTMENT for service, but I forgive a lot these days. Today when I brought the vehicle in, I was told I had to leave it for two to three WEEKS before they could look at it. I reminded him I had an appointment that I'd already waited three days for. He never looked at the computer, asked my name OR apologized. He said even though I was told three days ago to be there at 8 am today, I'd still need to leave it for 2 to 3 weeks. I told him I'd never been told *that* s**t when I called and if I was going to have to leave it for 2-3 weeks, why the 3 day delay? He then told me the service manager "quit yesterday" (not MY problem - AT ALL) and my reply was, "Yeah. Well, I guess I need to QUIT RAM." As I walked out, I heard him say, "Okay."Collierville CDJR, what sort of twisted notion of customer service is THAT? Thanks to you folks, I'm wondering whether or not I made a gigantic mistake buying a RAM - and at the same time wondering how I ever placed my trust in a dealership who allows this to take place. (Oh, and nice red herring attempt at deflecting my attention because the service manager - who doesn't work on one single thing themselves - was longer employed there) So, in case this hasn't sunken in yet, I'm without a running vehicle for AT LEAST "two to three weeks" because of whatever ineptitude is going on here. I've bought lots of vehicles over the years - four of them Chrysler products - and I'm wondering if this will be my last.

Apparently I should've checked the reviews before attempting to use this company!! Yikes. Learn from my mistake and steer clear!! Anyways,I purchased a 2013 Jeep Patriot last Fall (2022) in my home state of FL that I brought to Memphis since I'm based here with my job as a pilot. I received a letter stating that the vehicle had an open recall for the catalytic converter and to contact the nearest dealership for repair. I contacted this company Nov 2022 and inquired about the repair. The rep informed me that there was a shortage of parts, it would be a few months but they'll call to schedule the appointment when it arrives. No problem. I never heard anything and decided to finally follow up at the end of June. The rep commented that it had been a while since that order was placed, but the part was indeed in stock! We set up an appointment for a few weeks later. Great! I showed up at my appointment time and got comfortable in the waiting area. Less than 5 minutes later the very rude woman who did the intake under the awning came to tell me that they no longer had the part in stock. No apologies, no plan b, just oh well, you're SOL. I had sacrificed a day of work to deal with this issue and now they've given my part away to someone else. I spoke to the service manager and expressed my frustration, still no apology was offered - maybe this is a common experience here? He told me that they would order the part and contact me when it was in stock. Here we are 2 months later and I've yet to hear a word from them. I will be following up with their corporate office this week.

I recently dropped off my truck to have A/C looked at. I started calling to get an update on the problem after 2 days. I never got anyone to answer the phone. On the 4th day I went by the service dept and ask about the status and progress. After talking to them, no one seem to know anything about progress or that my truck was even there it seemed. So I got my truck to take it somewhere else. Poor service.

Contacted Brandon told him what I wanted he put me in contact with his phenomenal sales rep CJ! Found exactly what I was looking for. To say the least I was very satisfied with how the purchase went! They made my vehicle buying experience a very memorable one. So simple and worry free how it should be! They have earned my business without a doubt and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys so much for getting me in my dream truck!!!!May God Bless.

I reached out to the Collierville Chrysler Ram last weekend to purchase a Bronco they had advertised. Two sales people responded via text and email responding that the vehicle was available and wanting to help me purchase it. I live out of state and called to purchase the truck on Monday (they are closed Sunday). The sales person was great to work with and we came to agreement quickly on price and details. The dealership took a $5,000 deposit on my AMEX card. I arranged to travel to Memphis on Wednesday to pick up the truck only to receive a text on Tuesday morning saying they were refunding my deposit. They had sold the truck to someone else. This is not the way to do business.I called and the sales person said it was a mistake and that they had sold the vehicle before taking my deposit and selling it to me. I don’t know if they sold it to someone willing to pay more or if it was a mistake. Either way they ‘sold’ me a vehicle and took my deposit only to deliver it to another customer

I called this dealership last fall to schedule a repair for an open recall on my vehicle and was informed that the parts were back ordered and they would contact me when they were in stock. I never heard anything so I decided to follow up 2 weeks ago and they finally had the parts in stock. I made an appointment for today to have the work completed and modified my entire schedule to accommodate it, but when I arrived this morning was informed that they didn’t have the part and it’s been ordered yet again. They couldn’t have cared less about this inconvenience and offered no remedy or explanation whatsoever.
