Told to return three times only to be told the third time they did not have the script. Had they told me earlier I might could have had my doc send it somewhere else. First, the black lady standing behind the counter with spiked fingernails was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude! Don't go there terribly unprofessional.

My first time trying out cvs for a prescription. They overcharge and wont honor duscounts that ither pharmacies do. They try to scam me with adding my phone to marketing. They said I had to to purchase medicine. You're better off going to Walgreens. This will be the only time here

I’ve had my medicine filled for years. And my sleep medicine I’ve had used for years the brand got changed recently and It wasn’t working like the usual sleep medicine brand I had. My doctor gave them a note saying after the incident and I got the right medication that has worked for years. This time I get a new bottle and THEY GIVE ME THE OTHER BRAND MEDICINE THAT WAS CAUSING ME NOT TO ABSORB IT RIGHT AND STILL WOULDN’T FOLLOW THE PRESCRIPTION NOTE THAT THE DOCTOR TOLD THEM. Shitty service. The male pharmacist is rude as well. Don’t go here.

I received medication that said quantity 2, however there were 4 pills. I tried calling to get clarity and right off the bat, the automated system said to “press option 3 to leave a message and someone would call me back within an hour” This made me very nervous as I didn’t know what to do about taking the medication. This was very concerning for me. Walgreens always allow you to speak to someone, even if they are busy and you have to try a few times it’s better than a voice mail left to chance.

They made some mistakes on ordering a prescription, and it required multiple visits and phone calls to get it resolved. The pharmacist was polite, but it was inconvenient and stressful. When I went in person, I had to wait a long time. The district manager is worthless.

If you call , employees are extremely rude, they make you wait forever and impossible to get straight answers but,,, if you arrive in person to get refills and ONLY refills, you will be asked to wait even as text messages shows prescriptions ready but, you will have to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes. There’s no common courtesy and the work vibe seems to be hostile.
Any recommendations on a helpful, professional and kind pharmacy?

I had good experience with CVS. I think like all other drug stores they move the pharmacist around from store-to-store and service may vary.

Always a long line, never have meds in stock. Waited in line over an hour and half, only to be told to come back after their lunch break when I was the only person in line at that point. Very unorganized and uncooperative.
