Taken two different vehicles here and both have had to go back for work wasting my time away from my job. First was an improper mount and road force balance (asked specifically for road force). Had to take the car to Cordova for it to be done right.
Just gave this Collierville location another chance as people have bad days for a different vehicle mount and road force balance. This time, it took longer for my truck to sit in the parking lot than in the bay. The crew member cross threaded one of my back right lug studs (beyond use ability) and only told me the lug nut threading was damaged but they didn't have the replacement. Told me to go to the Hacks cross location as they called that store and confirmed they had the part. Drove myself over there with 5/6 lugs holding my rear tire on just to find out the stud was the issue. I have been given a service account form for a place in Collierville to get this fixed by Discount tire. But the place doesn't exist...or at least the name of the shop I was given is no longer.
What an absolute nightmare and to top it off, the rear vibrates like I'm going down whoops and bumps on a desert track because it wasn't properly road forced balanced AGAIN & I have 2 rows of weights on a tire as well.
Don't take your car or truck here. Especially if you care about road force balancing for truck tires. Their crew sucks at this and/or they are not trained properly for this.
EDIT*** If you want to use Discount Tire. Just go to the Hacks Cross location and skip this one. They have taken care of me with a complete 180* of service. Heck they even replaced a damaged tpms sensor as well for me

Bought tires for my Toyota Sienna. After 30000 miles they told my father to change the tires and stop doing rotation and balance by saying that that the tires must be replaced or they will not do the rotation and balance anymore while the tires were good and we replaced the tires from Walmart after one year. Mean while when the last time they did rotation and balance on my father’s van, they put the wrong lug nuts and the didn’t put the Toyota wheel caps. Walmart told us that the wheel lug nuts are wrong size and it needs to be replaced. If you don’t pay attention, most of the time they don’t do rotations and balance at all. So, just put some kind of markup on the tires before you go to do rotation and balance at this location. I did the label on my all wheels by writing the numbers on the label. You will know what’s going on. I never recommend this location.

Excellent service and a very professional, friendly staff. I had two tires replaced and was in and out within 45 minutes. The price of the tires was extremely reasonable. They stay very busy, so I recommend scheduling an appointment on line, which I did. I will be using them for all the services they offer in the future.

Something is wrong. Usually a great spot and they were lost today. Also, if I'm standing in line and the phone rings you don't help the person on the phone and make me wait. I was there first, that's how I heard silence and then the phone ringing. Happy to change the review when you tell me exactly what is going on.

I just bought my 3rd set of tires this year from the Collierville Discount Tire. This year happened to be the time for tires on 3 of my vehicles. After going to other stores for years we are very lucky to have Discount Tire. They are truly different when it comes to customer service and it is obvious when you walk in. Not only because it is very clean and the staff is friendly but because the line is sometimes to the door and people are still waiting! You can tell they are all about taking care of their people by how their people take care of you. CJ has gone above and beyond my expectations every time and is who I wait for to help me every time I go. He is very friendly and is very calm and accommodating. I would recommend CJ and Discount Tire to anyone!

I’ve been a customer here several times on multiple cars. The service is usually fast and friendly, which I appreciate. However, they’ve repeatedly failed to correct the TPMS (tire pressure sensors), even after I specifically explained which tires were incorrect.

years ago i was out of town with a flat and pulled into the closest place and they fixed the flat, NO CHARGE! i told them where i was from and we didn't have Discount Tire in the area, he said some day you will and remember Discount Tire. That was almost 15 years ago and they've been MY tire store ever since.

On my way home from work Wednesday the light on the dashboard came on to indicate low tire pressure. I went to a place that I usually get oil changes to have an attendant put air in my tires. When he finished the light was still on. I asked him about the light. He said, “Just drive around and it will go out”.
This is when I knew I had gone to the wrong place. Then I remembered what I did the last time that happened!!!
I went to Discount Tire the next morning!!!
Voila!!! The young man immediately told me which tire was low, checked each tire and topped off the air in each. Voila!!!!
The light went out IMMEDIATELY!!!
Discount Tire and young man, I THANK YOUUUU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!!!💜💜💜
