This is an service center is excellent, caring, honest, and knowledgeable! I the staff & owner are all really decent human-beings!! We took our Rolls-Royce Ghost here to have them look at something that another service department did out of state. They handled our concerns with care & compassion!❤️

Daniel was very nice and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way regarding my repairs, contacting my warranty company and any other questions I may have had. My repairs were finished on time as well . They covered my seats, steering wheel and gear shift to ensure there wouldn’t be any oil or other debris you may pick up during repairs. Great place and nice atmosphere!

Great first experience with Dr. Bimmer. I had them do an oil change and battery replacement on my 2016 Mini Cooper. They had to order a battery for me but honestly the wait was worth it. The work they performed was flawless. The engine compartment was clean as and did not appear disturbed at all even though I have a hidden battery. Most of all, they reset the service switches (which the dealership did not do). The pricing for the work done was very competitive. Most importantly, I will use them again to service my Mini!
