Had to come here to ship back a defective furniture item (5 packages in total with 3 being large, bulky, and heavy) and the staff here was SO helpful and courteous. Special shout-out to John who was the main one who helped me unload the packages and even helped me fix up one of the boxes which was falling apart. The whole experience was quick, easy and stress free.

I just had THE BEST experience with Jackie. I was doing self service and the copies were fuzzy and cutting off verbiage. Jackie took a lot of her time to assist. We had to white out something's and write some things. She made black and white and then color copies to try to determine which worked best. I am genuinely pleased with the extra mile Jackie went. Very good experience. Now off to the house I go while listening to Migos!!

Staff is great except for one lady who insulted my career and told me I shouldn’t work in this career path. That was … not nice lol. It’s not anything bad either, I’m a legal assistant. Regardless, employees don’t need to insult customers or add their 2 cents on their customers personal lives.

The staff is very professional greeting customers as they enter the facility offering assistance, listening to your request and acknowledging you if there is a wait. Management works with the staff performing all duties as well and that's a plus!

In December Kent printed a canvas for us - he worked diligently to make sure the image was what we wantedEach time I have returned to this store to ship items, the staff was very friendly and engaging- making sure to cover ever detail of my shipping-The most important item to me is: I need to ship another fragil item to Louisville KY - the recipient specifically asked me to send it via FedEx through the store I have been using, stating everything she receives from this store is always well packed and arrives in perfect condition (I always have them pack) - Thanks For All Y’all Do!!!

I go here weekly and the Customer Service at this location is amazing; Kent specifically! He knows exactly what he is doing and makes shipping/printing a breeze; he is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!!
