I would definitely recommend going to this Firestone location! I was about to get in and out with getting a whole new set of tires in a timely matter! And Patricia along with Geraldine provided excellent customer service!

Geraldine is a fantastic manager! Everything is super efficient and organized, but in a friendly way too. This is the perfect fit for a retail service organization.
I could also go to two other Firestone locations and a dozen other car maintenance businesses, but I’d rather stick with the Collierville store.

I always have great service at Firestone Collierville, TN. They go to great lengths to make sure you are satisfied. The management and employees are friendly and answer any question and they are honest, they do not try to sell you something you do not need, which is one of the best qualities for a vehicle repair company.

Replaced battery in a ford escape which is under the windshield wiper cover, very hard to get too. Great job and reasonable price!

I went for some sounds coming while driving 40 and above speed, I was told that if we change wheel bearings sound will gone , but after changing wheel bearingand while pickinguo my car after bill paid I was told that there is problems in transmission and Firestone will not look at the transmission issues hence part of sound was resolved but problems fully not fixed. Bill was too much costly, duralast wheel bearing cost mentioned each 218$ , but same item in autozone 145$.

Ms. Patricia was extremely helpful when I called and explained I was basically on flat at another Firestone that offered minimum assistance. I drove here to this location. While they were about to close Ms. Patricia and her staff saved the day and replaced my tires. Again, thanks Ms. Patricia! We need more people like you!!!!

It was a comfortable atmosphere. They let me know if anything was wrong and showed me the problem. They didn't charge me for looking at it. They explained why it was doing that, and it is something a car does. There are no worries. I appreciate their honesty.
