The young blonde teller was the rudest I've ever encountered in my life! She accused me of having an expired license. She proceeds to argue with me and embarrass me in front of the whole bank until she finally realized it was valid and she says oh sorry! She was snotty and rude and would hardly speak to me! I will never do business with this bank again!I called to report the issue to the manager and she simply said well.... she apologized to you... and that's supposed to excuse her poor attitude and ignorant behavior! If you can't read a driver's license, I don't think you should be a bank teller. Please take your business elsewhere! These people do not care about you and they look down upon everyone! The worst experience ever!As far as your response, it was a Mississippi license.. Wow.. that's a tough one. The academy award for most fake response goes to you! What a joke!

Stereotypically PROFILING!!! I could type a list of negative things about this bank just off the situation that happened to me today, but I choose not to bash this establishment and give any more energy that some of the workers have taken from me. Granted, it was only one nice young lady there that assisted me, but I will never step foot in this bank again nor will I suggest any of my colleagues or business partners to bank there!!!

excellent people and service. i got tired of big banks, and when i call First Citizens, someone answers, not a computer.
