Clean store and staff was nice. The gal said she loved her job. Didn't find what I was looking for however, it was a pleasant experience while inside the store.

If the store hours say 10-7 on Sundays I expect the store to open at that time. I arrived at 10:19 and the doors were locked. SMH

Great. Customer care! The store is always well stocked neat and organized. However, some of the electronics, i.e., wireless headsets never last.... so don't waste your money.

Just left this location and out of the 8 self checkout registers only 1 was operational. The employee that was working decided to ring everybody up at the self checkout instead of her own register and conveniently marked that we all had a good experience.

Great store. Everyone is nice with a friendly atmosphere. Excellent selection of products for small gift ideas and for children. Me and my husband always leave this store with a bag full of purchases!

This Five Below location is my favorite one in all of Memphis for many reasons. The staff always greet me with a smile on their faces when I walk in, the aisles of the store are neatly arranged which makes finding what I need very easy. The staff are knowledgeable of the items that they sell and where to find them and I hardly notice items out of place. I got my ears pierced here recently with the help of Geovana & Pamela. It was my first time getting my ears pierced, they both showed professionalism all while making the process fun and easygoing, and this eased any anxiety I had about the process. Thank you to the wonderful staff who make this Five Below the best one in Memphis :D.

I found it to be a delightful shop and the weekend staff seemed especially friendly, both greeting us when we came in and on our way out. There is a decent selection of yard/summer toys, household items, trinkets and knick-knacks like badge holders, magnets, keychains. My husband enjoyed perusing through the electronic section. I'm not expecting ultra high quality (you get what you pay for so paying only a few bucks I wouldn't expect it to last forever) but the quality and selection are impressive for a low-dollar shop.
