I went to this location to return a dress from Shein. ONE item. The girl was checking someone out. There was another lady in front of me w several Shein items to return. The lady working there finished the transaction, then did the returns in front of me. Someone got in line behind me to check out. She skipped me to check her out. She had a lot of stuff & I was irritated, but didn't say anything. Another person came to check out & she skipped me AGAIN! I said, “Are you serious???” She said, “I work for Forever 21, not Shein!” I told her Shein told us to come there for a return & she said, “I don't work for them, so you can wait or you can leave!” She was so rude & had such an attitude!!! Another employee came & looked confused w the rude girl & she repeated herself again as to why she wasn't helping me. This girl was nice & did my return, which took literally 2 seconds!! My girls wanted to look around while we were in there and I’m pretty sure that’s why Forever21 has this agreement w Shein. It brings in customers. But after the way we were treated, I told them we’re not buying anything there! I don’t want to deal w the girl w the attitude! The mall is already a ghost town. Employees like that are def not helping!

I drove all the way from Oakland to find out they are not taking shein returns ! go in no one speaks 3 women standing at the register looking at me come in as if they see a ghost. It’s a store aren’t customers supposed to come in. Very disappointed!!

Sign on the window and online says they close at 9. Doors are locked at 8p.

Cute clothes but it's hard to shop because the clothes are on the floor, I saw a bug, and the shoes are super dusty. Unorganized like it's been worn and tossed...I say shop online.
