Goodwill Store is a popular thrift shop that offers a variety of items for shoppers. Many customers enjoy finding unique and special pieces, often described as treasures. The store is generally well-organized and has a good selection of clothes, including shirts and dresses. However, some shoppers feel that prices can be high, with some items seeming overpriced or not worth the cost. There are occasional concerns about the pricing of certain recyclables and even some items that appear to be garbage, like yogurt containers with labels still on them. Customers appreciate the store's mission to help people with disabilities and other barriers to employment through job training and employment programs, made possible by donations and shoppers. Donations can be dropped off easily at the store or at donation centers, with staff available to assist and provide tax receipts. The store’s hours may vary, and some customers have noted that the closing time differs from the posted hours. While some experience friendly service, others have encountered rude staff or less helpful behavior from workers. Despite these issues, many still find the store to be a good place to shop for fun or to find unique pieces, though they believe prices should better match the target market, especially considering that most items are donated. Overall, Goodwill Store provides a mix of good finds and some challenges, but remains a valued community resource.

Rico is incredible. if you’re not going to thrift. Go just to say hi to Rico. My friend was playing the piano and he came up and played some gospel for us. It was genuinely so beautiful. We are his #1 fans. Rico is the best.
