Pretty clean and organized. This location seems to have more furniture than some other locations. This goodwill does not have the blue card membership yet as in middle TN. I think in general goodwill charges too much for simple used teeshirts. But that’s across the board with them. Friendly staff.

Dec 16 they closed at 7 not 8 as listed on the website. Just be aware they may not be open as long as posted. Love this Goodwill and always seem to find a treasure.

I shop here a lot because they have a clean store and a lot of great options. Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, after shopping for an hour i went to the dressing rooms to try on my clothes. I left my basket of clothes outside my dressing room while i tried 6 on at a time (it’s a rule you can only bring in 6 items at a time). After one of my “rounds” of 6 items, I come out to my basket gone. I asked 2 workers where I could find my basket. One of them looked me up and down and said “well why did you leave it there for 20 minutes” and then turned around and walked away. I was shocked how you responded while all the other workers at least said they didn’t know where it went in a polite manner. You never know what someone is going through, so after the day I had I just wanted to leave. I’m kind of shocked why she responded that way still, and why no one could help me retrieve those clothes. After an experience like that, i don’t really feel welcome to come back. The cashiers and everyone else was very nice, but the girl with the face mask was very rude.

Not sure if it was because it was Saturday or something, but the workers were pretty rude. I had to ask to get an item from behind the glass cabinet. You would have thought it was the most inconvenient request on the planet. And while checking out, the cashiers were gossiping and the one helping me shoved my items in a bag and looked like she didn't want to hand it back over.That aside, it's a typical Goodwill with good finds if you have the patience to sift through everything.

The management at the Collierville Goodwill is mean and cruel. There is a constant lack of knowledge in their work behaviors and practices.

Overall a very nice goodwill that is very organized and has lots of options. I got 2shirts and 2 dresses and it ended up being over $20, which seems really expensive. Looking at other reviews, I’m sure I was overcharged for some items. Besides that it was a pleasant experience.
