I give this place 5 stars simply because of one coach! My niece goes to the level one class 10-11 on Saturdays and the coach is absolutely AMAZING!! She seems like she really cares about the kids and knows what she is talking about. She has a class around of 8-9 kids and I can tell it’s not easy, but she does an excellent job of keeping their attention and teaching them so many things in just one hour. I would not trust anybody else to coach my niece! She definitely needs a raise after working with those kids every Saturday as I can tell it’s hard to get them to listen but she always does it. She is the sweetest and best coach I’ve ever seen there!!

I hope things have changed, but best move we made was switching gyms. I have never had so many issues with a gymnastics gym before. The coaches verbally said they were not focused on the xl group my daughter was in.I begged them to let us out of our contract. I had to send so many emails because talking was doing nothing. In the end not much changed. The reputation of this gym was based of the old owners and staff. There are some great gyms in this area. I would recommend checking those out.I am back to not having to talk to the gym and my wife and kids get treated like they deserve.

This place is just gross. My girls have taken here for two years and we’ve seen zero improvements to the facility. There are ZERO working water fountains and the bathrooms are a nightmare with no soap and doors missing from the stalls. There is also a rotating door of instructors with no consistency in instruction. We can’t wait to get out of our contract and move to a cleaner facility.

This place is just gross. My girls have taken here for two solid years because they liked the coaches and we were locked into contracts. In the two years we've been there we've seen zero improvements to the facility. There are ZERO working water fountains. The bathroom stalls are disgusting with no soap or paper towels and missing doors on the stalls. They are also super disorganized. Instructors aren't consistent and classes are often cancelled. We will can't wait for our contract to be done!

My little girl at the time was on Hot Shots (Pre-team) and she absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, she didn't even get to compete her season because things changed in my work schedule that wouldn't work with her practice days. So we had too call it quits and find a gym that could possibly work with the schedule we had. Still to this day though LJ says Gymstars was her favorite gymnastics experience. Thank you!

Gyms are what you make of them. I give Gymstars 5 stars for two main reasons: they are good at Gymnastics and they are reasonable to deal with. Let me break this down a bit more though. When I say they are good at Gymnastics, I believe they have good coaches, their prices are reasonable for being in Collierville, and my daughter has learned gymnastics safely. She also has become a leader and learned how to work hard. When I say they are reasonable to deal with, I find them accessible and interested in the issues that have been raised. The gym does not do everything asked of them, parents can be quite unreasonable, but I do believe they are honest in their business practices and have the kids and the sport in mind when making decisions. I don't think running a gym for kids would be easy but they do a good job.

My Granddaughter had the best time at her birthday party thanks to the wonderful staff at Gymstars!!! They did it all from set up to clean up. The team kept the kids active and safe and had so much patience!!! Thank you all for putting together a fantastic time!

My son was in the ninja class last year and loved it. He has ADHD, and gymnastics seems to help with his energy and boosting his confidence. We are hopefully going to attend this year. we are waiting to be approved.

Not a family-friendly place to go. Very dangerous for kids' birthday parties. The owner is not a person that you can speak to or reason with. As we were sitting watching the kids from afar, two employees asked us to join the kids on the floor. As we walk to the area where the kids were playing, my leg went straight through a broken area of a trampoline. Underneath, pure concrete where I busted my shin and nearly passed out! Employees were not aware of a procedure for handing such a situation. I brought the dangerous situation to their attention and their response was I know exactly what you're talking about, its the broken area on the trampoline! I filed an incident report and contacted the owner only to be blamed that I should not have been on the floor. Very unprofessional! I mentioned to the owner that I am not looking for a pay day but would like for the business to pay for the repair of my camera that was broken when I fell through a trampoline at this establishment. FYI all the above statements are true I have 10 witness testimonies and pictures and they have the incident report. Take your family and kids somewhere safe!

If you want your child to learn from the best in the field this is the place for them. Coach Donna and Coach A have decades of experience with a staff to support the needs of the entire gym. My daughter has flourished under their tender and continues to grow daily. This gym teaches the girls 360 degrees to become the very best gymnast they can be.

We recently switched to Gymstars from another local gym after 1.5 years, and feel so at home here! My daughter's technique has done a complete 180 in our 6 weeks since the switch due to the amazing coaching staff and attention given to the gymnasts. We went from driving 5 minutes to 30 minutes for Gymstars, but they are well worth the drive!!!! Our daughter is thriving and we are so happy we found Gymstars!!!
