THE WORST AND MOST EMBARRASSING EXPERIENCE I HAD IN A NAIL SHOP.
The lady who claims her name is Lisa, is petite and chubby attended to me was so disrespectful. I came into the store and asked for take-off and basic acrylic. She started by complaining that my old nails were so thick. I kept smiling and ignoring her. I asked if they had Apple Pay as I don't have my card and she said no, I asked zelle she said no and I said okay.
After the take off of my old nails, she stopped and I asked why she said because i don't have money. I ignored her disrespect and asked her to continue. She finished the acrylic and before applying the nail polish she asked me to go bring my money, I ignored her again and went to the car and brought a card. Came back and sat for her to finish my name she said she needed the card to take payment and I asked why considering everyone that had been attended to at the store, paid after services she had nothing to say. I felt so embarrassed, I gave her my card she processed the payment and I told her that she needed to stop been disrespectful and asked that someone else finish my nails, all her colleague refused to finish it. I went and asked the one customers called Katy she also refused.

I have to say my nails look amazing. The women are very nice and experienced. It did take some time but I enjoyed sitting with my feet in the water relaxing. I would say if you are sick and tired of being rushed, over charged and just having an ok job done on your feet. This is the place to go. Thank you ladies.

Went to get nails done today waited patiently for technician Lisa to finish her client. A white female came in 15 mins after I arrived. The female was very impatient and stated she was getting ready to leave because she is not use to waiting. She want 2 technicians to do her one for her hands and the other to do her feet. Lisa was taking my nails off in a hurry and told me she could do my manicure because she had to do the lady that came in 15 mins after me. She ran over to the lady and did not do my manicure. I am done with this nail shop.

Always enjoy going here. They are friendly. Only thing I don't understand is why it cost a different price every time I go.

I came for a pedicure and was seated in a chair right away. When the man filled the bin with water, I noticed dead skin floating around in the water. He moved me to another seat and same issue there. I realized that they didn’t clean the foot baths and were asking me to put my feet in the dirty water. When I refused, the man raised his voice telling me to sit and put my feet in the water while the lady was trying to clean it with a sponge and soap. I am mortified, please don’t get your feet done here for risk of infection

I like the salon but I don't know why they take appointments ...the wait can be more than an hour with an appointment. Not everybody has a lot of leisure time, that's the reason for an appointment.Service: Pedicure

I wanted to like this salon but the experience I had here was beyond the worst. I came in to this salon for a simple acrylic fill-in. There were no other customers in the salon but me and the few employees at the time. The woman whom I'm assuming is the owner or manager began to work on my nails and during this time more customers were coming in but she had just started with my nails. The woman wanted to service all of the customers at the same time rotating us all at once. She began to randomly start on another customers nails while I was just sitting in the chair waiting. This didn't dawn on me till almost an hour later that she was rotating us so while the other employees were just sitting in the pedicure chairs watching TV... was she not going to tell us??? I was there first so she should have serviced my nails and told the others it would be a wait instead of making us all wait for some reason. She was really going to make me sit there for hours with just the acrylic applied without filing while she did other customers nails. how long was she going to make me wait!?!?! an hour and half went by and I made up an excuse of a family emergency just to get out of there! then charged me $60 for a simple fill with JUST THE ACRYLIC DONE NO FILING while other customers were going to be waiting there for hours with no explanation...

I messed up my nails last night and need a touch up, but this place is crowd. I was not greet stood there for 15 minutes. So I left. This was my first and last time coming here.

Rushed through a dip set and didn't do the manicure part I asked for. When they said ok you're done I was left with chunks of dip allover my fingers and tons built up under my nails. I went to have manicured nails for Easter. I basically have dip chunky nails but my cuticles never got trimmed. Looks like a hot mess and they were huffy when I mentioned the dip everywhere.
