The staff at Hollywood feed Collierville and the Bartlett location are so friendly and helpful. I don't like returning things, but my dog has a sensitive system, and she just can't tolerate some things. The staff has been so helpful, and when I tried a couple of things, that didn't set well with my dog, I returned the PKG, and they never made me feel weird by returning or exchanging the product. It's always such a a pleasant shopping experience!

I had a great experience recently. My experiences with this location have always been great but the manager helped me out a ton. I really appreciate him merging my accounts together and making them one. I have always been told that I had multiple accounts under my number but he settled the issue and now I shouldn’t have it anymore. Great guy and a great place. That’s why they get my business.

Came here for a shopping break. My warm brownie may have been tepid, but probably room temperature. My Caramel Frappicino was flavored water. In addition their service was SLOW!

I needed my dog groomed and was unsuccessful in finding a quick groomer. The Collierville TN location on Poplar Avenue was so professional and nice.
