Well against my better judgement I bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot. I have had problems before. Took 2 weeks to deliver beecause they were all full on appointments but also on delivery day they were over an hour late from my window and them tried to say no I had it wrong. I have a text from them when it was. I also requested an AM delivery and it arrived at almost 8pm...And Now I am told they have to send a plumber out to install it and will be 2 more days minimum. I will not buy another appliance from Home Depot. They have wasted a ton of my time.

Waited 25 minutes for help in the electrical section. Finally, I received help from someone at the customer service desk. Woman working self-scan area was rude.

This is my favorite Home Depot in the Memphis area. It’s also the closest to Fayette County.

Be very cautious when ordering online. I am redoing my flowerbeds and needed quite a few items. I did the order online only to receive a call 10 minutes later stating they were out of the bricks I ordered despite online saying 360 where in stock. I needed 95. Ok, fine. Inventory is sometimes off, but concerning it is that much off. I had them go ahead and do the other stuff I had and they refunded me for the bricks.
I go to pick up my stuff and out of curiosity look for the bricks, which are exactly aisle and bay they say they are on AND they had my 95+ more. So I end up loading up a cart and getting my bricks then go to pick up my online order.
Get the online order and as the guy is walking off I notice I am missing the mulch rake and pan I ordered. “Oh it was out of stock too” I am told. Online says there are two. Whatever, I’m tired at this point from loading 95 bricks into a cart and in my truck so I’m just ready to be done, which is also the reason for my next point.
I get home… take a quick breather and start to go unload the truck only to find that they also shorted me two bags of much… only 13 of the 15 I had ordered. Yes it’s my fault for not counting at the store but again… I was exhausted after all the bricks.
Be careful if you order anything online to get what you ordered and I would also double check behind them if they say they are “out of stock” on something.

There are still many good people.
Yesterday 4/1/24 I came to the Home Depot to pay a bil and on my way out I saw a very good Palm plant.
I paid for the plant and without knowing left my wallet in the basket. Left and forgot all about it.
Today, I returned when I couldn't see my wallet. Thank God I found it all in tact.
RamonDa Hope and Lorie were excellent.

My favorite place to shop for gardening and yard flowers and Jackie in garden area is so freaking sweet , dont know her but she is really nice . Hoping this is for the Collierville Tn store
