Excellent work on my vehicle but their customer service is horrible. They do not communicate with their customers properly on the process and also do not follow up with the insurance carrier and then throw charges at you. Communication is key! Do better! People work hard!

The worst place ever due to the management and the lack of empathy they have as if you have to use them . Never again will I take my vehicle to them . Communication is zero until they ready charge you

Had some damage to both urethane bumpers that required surface to be reconstructed and painted. Technician was masterful. 2021 Tesla S Plaid. Looks better than at original delivery. These guys are maintaining the long known reputation of Joe Stewart. ???.New bumper covers would have been double the cost alone if you could even get them.Service: Painting

The actual body work was good and timely. My service date was moved up by several weeks. Billy was very attentive and responded in a timely manner. We had a slight issue post repair, however they took care of it immediately. Great service!Service: Body & Trim

I went to Joe Stewart to get a quote on a small dent repair. Instead of giving me a quote for a future repair, Conrad took the car into the shop and fixed me dent...Right then and there. It was awesome. This is an incredibly organized, super friendly business. They do fantastic work and I couldn't be happier with the repair work done on my car. I will continue to have all bodywork at Joe Stewart simply because there is not anybody better.

Having trouble replacing license tag. Mercedes dealer sent me here to get screws removed because they were stripped. It was 10-15 minutes before closing, but Dan came out smiling and joking about his day, he looked at it and said he would take care of it! Awesome guy!

Joe Stewart is awesome. Stephanie at the front desk is just awesome and a super nice person. She made my day with her positive attitude. Kelley & Dan and are the most professional guys I’ve ever dealt with. I truly appreciate Joe Stewart’s body shop. I will never take any of my cars anywhere else. This place is awesome and they make you feel like family. Kelley and Dan along with Stephanie are the bomb.

Worst experience ever. Don’t trust these fools. Backyard, shade tree, non certified technicians. The manager Dan lied straight to our faces when asking to pull procedures on how my car was supposed to be properly repaired. They glued the roof on my 2016 Denali which ultimately totaled the vehicle out due to the improper repair. When I picked up my car the cup holder was FULL OF BOLTS. Owner Kelly, continued to backtrack and put us off. The repair took 4 months until I could pick it up. Do not trust joe Stewart’s body shop. I hired a post repair inspector to fight the insurance company who steered us to their shop. It took them no time to decide that the vehicle should be totaled out based on how poorly joe Stewart repaired it. This shop has zero respect for anyone and doesn’t care about the safety of your family or your kids during the repair of your vehicle. The lack of craftsmanship and character that Dan the manager showed was enough for me to feel the need to leave the review. Beware.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Don't trust this shop. The manager Dan lied straight to our faces when asking to pull procedures on how my car was supposed to be properly repaired. Use with caution, on Second thought run away. My car was at this shop for 3 1/2 months with delay after delay. When I did pick it up this week the interior had the odor of a strong chemical That I could not air out with the windows down for a drive of 90 minutes. They claim it was the smell of leather even after being notified that it had been determined by an independent shop to be some type of paint thinner or solvent. I know the difference between a leather smell and chemical smell. No amount of trying to pull the odor out is going to work. They have ruined a perfectly good car that's paid for. Guess ill have to drive it smelling/inhaling a dangerous chemical solvent which could cause death. They will not take responsibility for their error. PS even after towing it back to collierville because of the toxic smell, they are telling me I have to come pick it up and drive back. WOW, talk about bad business.
