Going in the store is so overwhelming because there’s like 4 employees in there trying to sell you random things. I came in and said I was just looking and had them try to sell me socks backpacks shoe cleaning kits and if I started looking at a shoe they’d all start telling me about them. Overall just highly aggressive salespeople they should just let the customer look and be ready if I have questions. I couldn’t even think while I was in there because they kept talking I ended up just leaving due to being overwhelmed by their sales pitches

I came here to purchase shoes for my kids. The sale people were very helpful and informative. When I went to check out my daughter got a nosebleed and they were quick to assist with paper towels to help control the situation. They then continued the purchase with my son to allow me to leave and take care of my little girl. They went above and beyond and I really appreciate that. Will definitely be returning

Customer service was good. I love their shoes, worth the extra money. I like the fact that you and your kid can wear the same shoes.

Madison is one of the managers I believe? Regardless, they didn’t have what I originally went in there for but she did a great job of showing me new products that I LOVE and I ended up walking out with two shoes and a few accessories. Great service from her!
