Please avoid the Omega Blend capsules. Dangerous. I had dizzy spells and severe headaches for 2 months with sensations of ants and worms all over my body.

Great product. So poorly managed at the corporate level. Complete incompetence. Good luck getting them to return an email (their preferred way to communicate) or a phone call.
