The store is always clean. I was looking for valentines decorations, but they really did not have much out. This was after the snow hit, so maybe that pushed it back.

I came into this store Friday morning February 23, 2024 once I got ready to check out the only two female employees that were there was in the very back behind doors that says” employees only” I could see through the glass that they were in a very deep conversation but myself along with other customers that were in line behind me were ready for check out we waited patiently for them to come back up but they were taking too long so that’s why I went back there knocked on the door and was like excuse me I’m ready for check out please, but the employees seemed like they got an attitude because I erupted their gossip session/conversation, as she was getting ready to check me out I asked could she check in the back for a certain mirror but when she brought it up it was coincidentally broke, she had very bad customer service.Collierville, TN location

The store was very busy today, but Asiana was extremely courteous and helpful. She worked hard to answer everyone's questions, get their purchases from the back, check customers out, and never complained or acted any way but pleased to help.
