Would not answer phone in deli or bakery. Jothathon ( working service desk) even went over & asked them to answer. They’ve lost my business.

Don't shop here. They treat their employees like dogs. They even turn off the air conditioning at night forcing the overnight stockers to sweat like mules. They also tell overnight employees to NOT take their lawfully entitled to breaks because they quote, "have to much to do". I'll shop at WalMart from now on, as terrible as it is. I'll not support any company that won't even allow their employees to have air conditioning.

Standing in line forever at the deli counter. Workers standing around in bakery and hot deli area with probably no cross training. No eye contact, no I'll be with you soon. No management presence. Publix please come to our area and show krogers how it's done!!!!

Visited at 8 AM on a Saturday morning. The shelves were empty. Not sure if a plague of locusts had been through, or they just hadn't restocked the shelves. I was by the refrigerated meat section and slipped on a pool of sticky liquid. Instead of helping, a girl who was stocking a cabinet. laughed instead. I told her to go get a safety cone, and to get the mess cleared up, before someone else could fall. She stood staring into space. I then shouted at her to fetch the manager. He came along, and said "oh yeah, that cold cabinet is leaking. Well, duh! It's a safety hazard!!! Serves Kroger right if they get a lawsuit from an injured customer.

Crazy amount of people on a Sunday afternoon. We decided to do self check out which saved the day as the lines were really long. Got some ribs for lunch that were on sale. A bit dry, but fine. Not much sauce on them either. Gonna have some peeled shrimp cocktail tonight that I got there for only 5 bucks. Looked good. Hopefully it'll be good and I don't get food poisoning. My wife got a pecan pie which she really likes.

The worst customer service when checking out. Just waited 20 minutes to check out. Not enough lanes open, always long waits at checkout and staff is generally unfriendly.

This has got to be one of the WORST stores as far as customer service. I first asked for a receipt for a customer of mine and was told they don’t provide receipts anymore and that I would have to use the app. Well...the app wasn’t working. They acknowledged it wasn’t and that I couldn’t get a receipt that way either and suggested I go to customer service, return everything and purchase it in store instead. Sooooo....you want me to ring them all up and purchase them all on her

I did the pickup. I literally ordered a total of 10 items. I waited an hour for them to bring it out to me, only to have the 2 refrigerated items brought to me. The girl tells me she’s running in the store to grab the rest....25 min later I call back bc she hasn’t returned. I was then missing 6 items. 5 of the 6 items was canned almonds that she only grabbed 1 can of. She told me she was going to fix my receipt but she never did. I was charged for the full amount!! Do not shop at this Kroger!!

Ordered online, delivered within 2 hours, which was amazing. The only problem is that I didn't have the option to swap the unavailable items for something similar, rather than identical. While I appreciate the effort in wanting to get me exactly what I asked for. I just didn't need the exact brand/type of bread yeast/sugar or flour, in my shopping cart. And Since those exact items weren't available, I was refunded (thank you) I went to the same Kroger to get the item on the shelf below. First world problems. Speedy, and efficient service. Thank you.

Worst pick up experience possible. Waited FORTY FIVE minutes only to have them put random subs in our order so now we don't have dinner for tonight (bratwurst for Italian sausage, coriander instead of cumin, etc). I've never had such a frustrating and abysmal experience at a Kroger before!! They need to get it together.

Great job this morning by the clicklist team. My order came out quickly, minimal substitutes, the associate encouraged me to look over and remove anything I didn’t want, and all of my produce looks great. I know it gets more hectic as the day goes on, but they rocked the 7am time slot today and I really appreciate their services.

Kroger has always been my go to but after the treatment of a certain individual close to me it's safe to say we'll never be returning. It's sad to post this but due to their actions we won't be back. Management needs to pay closer attention to the personnel.
