Great place to buy Super Bowl food supply. Here’s a picture of my Super Bowl spread from last year. My cousin who prepared the food brought everything from this Kroger. And she said she wouldn’t shop anyplace else because of freshness of food and good prices

Terrible Customer Service
I placed a chicken order 24 hours in advance for a 24 piece, the older staff member reluctantly took my order. I arrived 30min before it’s due to be ready. My order was not filled with no attempt by the staff member to make ammemds. I was offered several excuses( out of chicken, the staff should’ve never taken the order, a shooting at our warehouse) yet no apology. I spoke with Alesha /Aleshia over the department, no professionalism, no apology, no nothing! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS

Confrontational teenage male employee disregards personal space and then stares me down. When I asked him if there was a problem, the same question was posed to me. I replied yes apparently I do, please go get your manager. He pretended to suddenly become deaf and disregarded anything else I said. The store was dirty, and I do not believe I will ever come back due to this employee

Update Nov 2024- I've stopped at this store twice in the last couple of weeks. A monday morning around 930am, and the meat section looked like the day before a blizzard. Almost no ground beef out (expiring that day) steaks, and chicken were very sparse. The second time was for bakery bread for a work function. Zero bakery bread put out. Asked an employee and got two different excuses.
I dont know what is going on with this location, but they seem to have a problem putting products out for sale. I'm done.
Original review- Good store except for the produce. I'm not sure what's going on with the produce section, but it is always low on items, moldy fruit, tomatoes with rotten spots, and lots of fruit flies. It's too bad. It's a small section in a really busy store. Needs some help. When I need produce, I go to the other store a couple miles away.

You discontinued the 2 Liter Kroger brand Diet Tonic Water with Quinine. There is no reason to buy anything else from this pompous overpriced store chain. BRING IT BACK.

Went floral department to get balloons asked for help three times finally a young woman asked how she could help acted scared I told her I need purple and black balloons telling her I have been waiting for ten minutes. She said the person did come to work today i was said okay so can you get the balloons she then explained she had twins and how life is hard I told I am 55 already know and are you able to get balloons she call someone from produce who came say "we don't have helium" then rudely informed me they don't have latex balloons again didn't just need balloons but he huffed and started looking around i said nevermind
If you don't have someone working in floral put up a sign that would of worked for me but I went to Kroger on Houston Leve

Done. Unfortunately, Kroger has managed to keep any and all competition from entering the Memphis market, and the quality and selection of products is atrocious. Constantly getting rotten meats that spoil and go bad, even before their sell by dates. Produce quality and selection is just crappy. General selection and quality is just totally lacking.
If you're from Memphis and these Krogers are all you've known, then I guess you don't know what a good grocery store should be. If you're not from here, and have the unfortunate situation of having to be in Memphis for work or whatever, then you know too, all too well, what a good grocery store should be and how desperately this area needs a quality store. I hope one day, a Publix or Meijer gives the Krogers in this area a run for their money.

Second review in about 6 months. I thought things would change at the store on Poplar in Collierville. It seems to be getting worse. Bought some items from the frozen section. After getting home, noticed it was covered in mold. Returned to the store for a refund. The manager was not bothered one bit by it and took that item from me and left without showing any empathy or care. The customer service kid must have had a really bad day as most of what I got from him was a grunt. The lady at the checkout was angry and dismissive.

Today my boyfriend was shopping at Kroger on Byhalia. He was trying to purchase some strawberries. There was a man standing in front of them, stocking them. My boyfriend said he couldn't get to them so he asked the stocker if he would mind handing him one. The stocker replied " I don't get anything for anyone. You'll have to get it yourself" Maybe he's having a bad day but HOW RUDE!
