Won’t go back. Walked in and no even acknowledged me in any way shape or form. Left and went to Ridgeway Trace where the folks care and are helpful and kind.

The customer service here is amazing. Ambria and Kelly as well as the other employees are always great. The store stays clean and organized. They are always willing to help. If you cant find what you need in store they are willing to find it online and have it either shipped or sent to the store. I highly recommend others to shop here.

Take your money somewhere else. The customer service is awful. I just left went straight to torrid and gave my money to them. No welcoming no can I help you. Looking at you crazy. Wow. That was awful and management needs to check them.

Had to take my daughters to get their first "real" bras and we had the best experience. Kelly made the process a breeze. She made sure my girls were comfortable and that the fit was perfect. Customer service was superb!

Great staff. Helped size my sister so she could be in the right size! Recommended it because of a great experience I had at a different Lane Bryant. Very helpful and friendly people working there!! They made us feel comfortable and help us both find things we needed. Make the change to a better fitting bra and panty.
