Arrived at Lifetime Fitness at 7:30 a.m. for an 8 a.m. class, only to find the doors locked along with other waiting members. Despite the advertised 5 a.m. opening time, the gym was inaccessible, causing significant inconvenience. For the high fees we pay, it's disheartening that they can't maintain their schedule. Raises doubts about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Wondering if the Better Business Bureau should be alerted to such inconsistencies.

I would leave 10 stars if I could! This gym is absolutely phenomenal and the women working at the front were fabulous. My significant other and I were extremely impressed with the spa and the lounge areas. Join this gym NOW!

Stopped in for a day pass and have nothing but great things to say about this facility. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and their amenities were phenomenal. Everything was so clean, especially the locker rooms, sauna, and steam room! 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a a 5 star gym in the Memphis area.

Lifeguard had a real nasty attitude. It was our first time there, and no one notified us upon walking in that our baby’s flotation device was not allowed. But once we were in the water, none of the other lifeguards said anything until this one lady lifeguard came shouting at us like we were criminals. She could’ve been nicer about it, but she proceeded to give us a bright pink life vest for our baby boy like she was making fun of us. Never again wasting money on this place.

Lifetime is fabulous, front to back, top to bottom, facilities, equipment, and people. Knowledgeable physical trainers, great pools and spas indoors and out, great steam rooms and saunas. All my wife and I have experienced has been wonderful.

I've worked here for about half a decade! I'm the person I am today because of the leadership and guidance of management, team members and loyal guests. I've formed many relationships due to the socialization of this environment!

always my favorite place to work out! clean environment, kind staff, and wonderful classes that are included with most memberships! my favorite class is barbell strength, i’d definitely recommend because it’s self-pased! i started off at lifting 2 pounds each & now i’m at 10-15 each! it’s very fun to watch yourself progress.

I was a little skeptical at first when I visited because I didn’t really know what to expect. I saw so many younger clients, but all the Lifetime representatives from the front desk, support and training personnel and general manager were very warm and inviting. I let the manager know just how nice and wonderful the personnel were to me. I highly recommend Lifetime in Collierville. I am not new to these facilities and I honestly left feeling very well after I changed my membership over to Lifetime in Collierville!

We've been going here for about a year. Kid center hours are the best, the only way I'm able to go to the gym everyday! My 7 year old loves it, they do a lot of different activities in the kids center. I take a different class almost everyday. Big, spacious, all of the amenities you could ever need!

They took down one of the basketball courts for pickle ball. Okay fine I understand it’s a growing sport, whatever. Now taking down the second and final basketball court? Some of us only use the membership to come and play basketball here. It’s so unfair and unethical. Didn’t give anyone a choice, no vote, etc. Especially when the pickle ball court remains empty over half the time during the day. Makes you wonder what the real motivation to remove the courts was?
