I absolutely love Loft and will recommend it to anyone who wants to dress more modesty. Shelly and Shay are both wonderful, kind, and helpful people. The customer service was by far the best interaction I have had and I left with so many beautiful clothes for my trip to Japan. I now have a new favorite store and can’t wait to pay another visit.

I always enjoy my time at this store. The ladies are really nice and always have good advice and suggestions. I love the quality and design of the clothing, I just want to have more money to spend, but you can always wait for their wonderful sales.

The Loft at Carriage Crossing is a wonderful place to shop.. the ladies are so friendly and helpful! Great selection of clothes too. Have returned several times.

I have shopped at this store, 1409, before and it's always been a nice experience. On 8-11-19 when I went there a young lady by the name of Christina Harry was there. She made my experience there "exceptional", not just nice. This is the first time I really felt the need to do a review because I thought the "art" of really caring about your profession and helping the customer was just over. This young lady gives me hope again!! Thank you Christina!!!

Always has good quality additions to my wardrobe. The sales are a bit missleading though. I picked a pair of shorts from a table that the sign stated " 50% off selected items". Don't know what was 50% off but it wasn't what I picked.

Sweet staff, organized and clean clothing displays, and dressing rooms! Tends to have wider selection and smaller crowd than other Loft Memphis stores is a major plus. My go to location when on my Loft clothing hunt.

I hate that I had to give this review one star. I walked in the Collierville Store without the "standard" customer service (greeting/acknowledgement) and didn't think anything of it until a minute or two after two other ladies walked in and was greeted and engaged. There were a few employees at the register and one on the floor who walked passed me with no engagement at all.
