Super customer service from Tre in the appliance department at the Collierville TN store. The whole visit and purchase went very smooth and Tre even loaded the washer for us. Thank you for such a great experience

Ok, in this sector of retail, there is not a single deserving competitor anywhere. And I mean the Continental US of A near here. Disregard the Orange guys.. ( don't mean to confuse you), however, I find that Lowe's is simply sharp and clean. I do enough at job sites than have more exposure around a dusty low-light infirmary. I want see where I am going to be...clean and tidy with room in my head to think measurements...too much? Not enough,? There are major decisions. And to most, they are made underneath a Lowe's roof. There are no leaks, ha ha!!.... I don't deal well with backup alarms on front end loaders, dusty floors, but most of all, unanswered phone calls wailing away... eternally. .... Blue is for you, and no antidepressants or antianxiety meds required. Prices? Always competetive.

Purchased a new dryer from Lowes in Collierville,TN last week. When the Lowes delivery service delivered the unit, they had the wring cord, so we had to wait until the following day. When they left with my storm door closers and I had a scached floor. Originally, the service people failed to hook up discharge vent. I called the delivery service, and they sent the original service team back to correctly install the discharge vent. The first time we used the dryer, it tripped the 30 amp. I reset it and once again tripped breaker, and it failed to reset. I called customer service at the Lowes Collierville and was forwarded to the appliance department for 15 minutes and never reached the appliance department. With the exception of the associate who sold us the dryer, when I went into the store for some assistance the associate who claimed to be a manager didn't know how to reschedule my delivery date, really? I'm not sure if she is really a manager or just trying to get rid of me. Can someone tell me how to get the attention of a real Manager?As for now, I won't purchase as much a nail! I'll give all my business to their competition.

Horrible customer service at this store. A lot of young people talking, laughing, visiting with each other and walking around talking on the phone. I bought a washer n dryer Nov 30th so it would be delivered before Christmas. The youngsters that delivered said the dryer door could not be switched around. Yes it can, I now must wait until Dec 23rd for someone to come and flip the door, right when family has arrived. It has been a rude nightmare to get refunded for things that were not used during installation and to even get a date 2 weeks out for dryer door. I have decided this will be my last purchase from Lowe's it's not worth ALL of the trouble. For those of you that continue shopping there Ed in plumbing is one of the few employees that will help you with anything. Tonight their were 7 people talking at customer service desk and 5 in a small room up front having a get together. Pathetic.And please don't bother to send any type of sorry to hear about your experience response when no one bothered to take care of issues when you lost my paid for John Deere trailer for a week, when the doors on my fridge were put on wrong and when I am having to wait 2 weeks to have my dryer door fixed. I don't need just a bunch of words I need action.

The store in Collierville TN is perhaps the worst Lowes in the country. Poor customer service, rude staff and never appear to want to help. Stay away from this store.

Stopped in for a Rain Guage and some pipe clamps. Employee directed us exactly where the products were. In and out 15min. Did not like that there were only self checkers. Asked where the checkers were and the person at the return area said there were none but she checked us out.

Terrible customer service. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Bought a refrigerator and delivery was cancelled twice without telling me. Waiting two months for delivery and was told when I purchased it they had plenty in stock. Customer service was rude and on their cell phones not wanting to be bothered. I got my money back and went to Home Depot.

I’ve held off making this in hopes the issue would eventually get resolved, but here we are. We purchased a couple windows (sash kits) for our unborn child’s nursery in February of 2023 through the installation department with hopes to get on the schedule for an installation before our child’s birth in May. After months and months of cancelled installations (no fault of the contractor) due to Lowe’s incompetence with handling the order, it is now almost October and our nursery is still without windows. The windows we spent 2,000 dollars on in February of this year. First, the parts could not be found within the installation department, then they were “found” and the contractor rescheduled, only to show up to the store and (shock)… still no parts. Apparently someone has been falsely signing for the parts even though they didn’t actually exist? This happened multiple times. We received calls and voicemails stating the parts were ready, time to install! Only for the contractors to show up to nothing and have to cancel our installation. Eventually we personally presented to the installation department at the store… still no parts. Only to be told these parts we’ve waited months for have actually been discontinued. It’s almost a joke at this point. We’ve been waiting for months, we’ve spent hours on the phone attempting to resolve the issue with nothing to show for it. We’ve taken time off work to be present for installation appointments multiple times only for them to be canceled. Our kid can’t safely sleep in his nursery. We will be cancelling our Lowe’s credit card (used to pay for said windows) as soon as it is feasible. This entire process has been complete nonsense. It’s almost October. We’re out 2,000 dollars with nothing to show for it.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. We ordered a bundle of appliances and when they were delivered, not only did they scratch the floor and gouged our wooden front door in multiple places but three of our four kitchen appliances were dented, the only one we got to keep was the microwave. Then the lady that tried to assist us with the returns, lied about being a store manager. Also we later found out she only re-ordered two of the three dented appliances… not only will we not have our appliances weeks after we expected to, we also had to buy them a second time because they told us they could not reorder the damaged appliances until they had them back. On top of all this, they have not been apologetic or tried to compensated us at all for all the hassle and frustration they have caused us. We have always loved Lowe’s and spent countless hours and dollars there over the past couple months on home renovations and it was disheartening to experience this complete lack of customer service.
