Steve Wooten was by far the best salesman I’ve ever had in my car buying experience! He’s knowledgeable, not pushy about closing deals, and responds in a timely manner. I called him one day leaving work to look at a truck and left out in 2 hours with a brand new GLB! Thank you Mercedes Collierville for the top tier luxury of purchasing a vehicle.

Jim Calhoun was my salesman. The patience and commitment that he displayed was to be admired. Jim was very kind, knowledgeable and willing to understand what I was trying to accomplish! Byron was also very helpful. He took his time explaining everything and making it a seamless process to purchase.

Scheduled an appointment and was able to get a new sensor put in with in about two hours but I told him when I arrive that I was having a problem with the rear left tire and they ended up plugging that as well, but not charging me since this van is still under warranty. Very friendly service. Very efficient no issues. In the waiting room has Wi-Fi!

If they only service vehicles 10 years or newer the online portal should not accept appointments for a vehicle over 10 years old. The girl who called to inform me was super snotty like it was inconveniencing her when I commented we never had that issue in AR. Why would you buy a luxury car that isn’t serviceable there after 10 years? Our vehicle only has 35000 miles despite the age. We were considering purchasing another vehicle however, it didn’t make me want to spend 1000s on a new vehicle if they don’t care enough about their product to service them after 10 years. For reference apparently Mr. Benz is now going to make a killing servicing all their rejects since that is where she said to go. Again had been considering another vehicle but clearly will stay away from this brand in this area.

We dropped our car off for a diagnostic and when we picked it up, it was wrecked/damaged on the front left. Had to call, visit in person, and email repeatedly to get any action. They tried to frame a tow truck for the incident, but never provided proof of anything. Service Manager, Chandler Matthews, was aggressive, rude and unprofessional. They finally agreed to fix it and assumed liability. Then they did the sloppiest job possible, the side turn signal light is still missing, paint is still bad, trim is torn up (they didn't even attempt to replace that). When we brought it to the attention of the GM, Armandi Hadjini, he basically said it looked better than it did before because it's an old car. No one leaves their vehicle with a Service dept at a dealership with the expectation that you may get it back in worse condition with damages and that's just too bad. I would NEVER go there again. Take your business to Mercedes of Memphis instead or anywhere else really! The service was exceptional as always. Carlos LeBron was very professional, personable, and friendly. Recommendations for additional service maintenance were not forced upon me. I was kept abreast of progress of performed service, and the wait time was satisfactory for the maintenance performed. It was a smooth transition.?

I am so disappointed with the service department and the lack of communication with the service manager Chandler. I bought a used car May 27th and on June 7th I took my car to get the screen on the sunroof fixed and A/C fixed. I did not get any updates from anyone no matter how many texts I sent and calls and messages that I left. I only could call the salesperson to ask for his help to get me any information in which he did. I have never had any experience with any company and or business like this before. This is beyond ridiculous. Now after 9 weeks or more that my car was at Mercedes it has now allegedly been at Range Rover for the last 2 weeks. The only update that I get is from the salesperson and it is the same thing that I was told for the last 11 weeks. It is being worked on. I have since emailed the GM three times and not a single reply to my emails. I was told by my salesperson that at least I have a loaner car to drive, as if that will make me feel better. I have paid 2 car notes on a car that I cannot drive. I am not driving what I paid for. This is ridiculous and I will let others know of my experience. I am disappointed because Mercedes is not standing behind their brand name. Not the car but the name is everything. Customer Service does matter!

I brought my vehicle in on a very busy Sat. morning, for an emergency repair that was a little unusual. The staff couldn’t have been more considerate and went above and beyond to fix my problem, and in record time! I have always received good service, but this went above and beyond. Thanks to everyone in the Service Dept. for your care and understanding!
