Rude, and over charge.. especially if they don't think you're not gonna tip. Don't take directions well because they are too busy rushing you out the door.

Very friendly staff! My pedicure was simple but thorough. I didn’t ask for extra options and didn’t feel pressured. I felt appreciated and not like an inconvenience like I have at some other spas. It is aesthetically pleasant. I recommend this nail spa for all of these reasons.

Nails and Spa is a great place to get your mani/pedi. I have been going here for years. Thao always does a great job and if I ever break a nail, she is always happy and willing to fix it. Give them a call and get an appointment!

I just started going to this location. I’ve followed Kim for over 20 years. I’m coming from Memphis and it’s worth the drive! She’s the very BEST! She is sweet, honest, and caring! Her manicures last forever! Her husband gives a great pedicure! The shop is very pleasant and relaxing. Love my experience there!

My favorite nail tech Kim moved to this nail shop a few months ago. I have followed her there and drive from East Memphis. My nails are always perfect. Totally worth driving 25 minutes.

I did pedi gel his wife helped him with gel polish but 2 days ago my polish was peeling off, the shop wasn't busy but she did my dip on the pedi chair and didn't move me on the table, i feel like they did it sloppily, i don't like the service here because the nail salon owner supports them doing sloppily for customers, the price is not cheap but the service is very bad, she did my dip in 10 minutes less than a week my nails are exposed and water gets in

Thao is amazing. She has taken great care of my mani and pedi needs for years. They last and I trust her. I highly recommend her and the spa. The nail technicians make sure the spa is clean and comfortable.

I had the most wonderful pedicure by Tommy. I have rheumatoid arthritis and he massaged my feet and decreased swelling. Never had a foot massage like that. He went above and beyond

Tommy did my pedicure and it was heaven!!! Best foot massage I've ever had and did a great job smoothing my feet and took great care on cuticles.

Have been coming to see Tao for years. Everyone here is fantastic! Tried to get an appointment yesterday but they couldn’t see me! So thankful they scheduled me today!! These new massage chairs?!? SO AWESOME!! Highly recommend!!
