The dressing rooms are always a mess. Very little help find long pants. Workers practically hide from you.

In the dressing room I attempted to take my 4 month child that was in her stroller into the larger sized fitting room. This is because all the other dressing rooms are too small to fit a stroller inside. The lady working the dressing room around 5 pm Monday September 9th, promptly came over kicking me out of the larger room before I shut the door telling me that I couldn't use the larger fitting room and had to use the smaller rooms even though the larger room was not in use. We were the only ones in the dressing room at the time as the store was not busy. Are mothers just not allowed to try on clothes in this store because they have a stroller? I have worked in a sister company in my college years and have never denied a mom with a stroller from entering into the bigger dressing room. If this is a store policy this is extremely unacceptable as it makes it impossible for moms shopping with their children the opportunity to try on clothes

Was looking for brown yoga pants. So tired of navy, black, and grey! Even hunter green or dark burgundy for fall/winter would be a nice change!

We come to old navy when they open and we’re told they can’t let us in due to not being staffed. This is ridiculous. Corporate do a better job and properly staff so the store can open when it’s supposed to.

Staff could be a little bit more friendly and helpful. And making sure you greet each customer as they walk in! The store is nice and clean! I like to shop here for the kids they have nice clothes

I don’t normally write reviews for retail store because they are what they are but i had such a lovely experience in this old navy today. They are always nice here but today the 3 ladies were especially wonderful. They were sweet and kind to everyone. It was really nice.

My family and I had a great experience this weekend. Michelle went above and beyond with helping us find back to school savings all over the store. We were able to find 5 good quality jeans under $200. My husband and I were also able to grab a couple of items. Everyone including the manager on duty that day had a polite attitude. They're such a great team. Thanks ❤️
