We just moved back closer to Memphis and luckily this place is nearby. Our malti-poo gets nervous when we take him anywhere so a short drive is a must. We take him regularly so it’s easier for the groomer. They do a great job. Highly recommend.

i have taken my baby twice a year for the past few years and never had a problem. The shop is nothing impressive or posh, but we just needed a summer shave and a fall freshen up, so nothing fancy was necessary. Today, when we walked in the door, before ANYONE touched him, they said, "It's going to be an extra ten dollars because he's all matted." I said he had a few on his belly where he gets wet, but everywhere else is ok, only to be interrupted and told, "Yes, his face and ears are." So, the groomer checked him and said she could "save" his face and ears from getting matted. When I picked up my precious baby boy, I was told that I needed to take him to the vet for grooming in the future. (of course that was after she asked if I wanted to add a tip). I didn't have to ask why because the groomer immediately began to explain that my dog would not be still and was thrashing around and trying to bite. I was shocked and said his name, like WHAT? "He has NEVER done anything like that." The groomer said, "Well he's got a chart full of notes that says he has, and I wasn't even able to finish his feet or face because he kept moving. IDK why, but I started to tear up and almost started crying. I thought, why didn't someone say something before, and why would you call and say it's about time for his hair cut if he was a problem? And aren't those behaviors expected from animals? I would want to get away too if someone tried to shave me. I know everyone thinks their dog is the best, but he truly is a good boy, and I've NEVER seen him be aggressive in the 12 years we've been together. ANDI NEVER would have left him if I knew they thought he was problematic because I would worry about how he was treated. Did he stay in a cage for hours? Did he go to the bathroom? He certainly didn't get enough water (if any) because when we got home, he drank every drop of the remaining water in his sister's bowl, which he wouldn't usually touch with a ten foot pole. Who write a review this long? Someone who recommends you NEVER take your babies to this place.

My dog (shih tzu) had very matted hair and they had to shave him, but they called me to ask for permission before doing anything drastic. They were friendly and got the job done ??

Naomi, my dog, is my world. Every way one can possibly care for my canine, I do my best to accomplish. These people saw the love a had for my pup and conveyed the same more than any other grooming provider I've been to. Naomi was never nervous, never upset in any way and when I got home they were playing with her in the office. The amount of love and care she received from these professionals has guaranteed my business for along as it's needed.

My dog was petrified of these women. They had no dog skills whatsoever!Poor customer Service! Their website states "50% off ALL Services for First Time Clients". when I arrived for my appointment the women stated that's only on the wash. Everything else is full price. I showed them the website and even then they stated that "it's wrong".My dog loves everyone! For my dog to not want to go with these women was completely unnatural for my dog. My dog has been going to groomers since she was 4 months old without incident ever. I didn't want to leave my dog with these inexperienced and obvious non-dog people.

If you don't mind your dog sitting waiting all day in a kennel, this is the place for you.Took my dog for a 930 am appointment. Called at 130 pm, he still wasn't done. I finally went at 315pm to just pick him up. Was told sorry we had 22 other dogs ahead of him. He hadn't been groomed. Why book him at 930? Why not tell me so he doesn't sit all day in a kennel? I don't know if he was walked, if was given water, or cared for at all.Completely unacceptable to me a company would do that to a dog and its customers.

I'll start by saying that I've been a customer for 6 years. I had 3 Cavalier King Charles (now only two...more on that later), I was new to town, didn't know anyone and it was kind of the first place I stumbled across. I was never super impressed with the cleanliness or the staff, and once or twice one of my dogs acted out of sorts when he came home, like he got injured there. But when I inquired they always assured me everything was fine and nothing happened during the appointment. I just trusted them and assumed he got himself worked up. They have a punch card system which I initially thought was nice, but then I realized the owner will do whatever he can to get out of giving away that 1/2 off groom after 8 full price visits. They refuse to keep the cards on site and will not combine the cards. So say you drop off and your husband picks up, if he doesn't have the cards you are s*** out of luck and don't get punches for that time. Surely that makes no sense right? You paid for the groom, why would it matter if it was two separate cards? I didn't believe that someone, especially a business owner, could be so illogical, so I tested it out. During COVID, we cleaned out both of our cars and several of my purses and found 5 different punch cards all about half punched. In total it was more than 16 stamps which would be two half off visits. I arrived at the groomer, explained that I did some cleaning and showed them the cards, none of which had a particular pets name on them. I also explained that bc I work long hours sometimes I pick them up, my husband does, or even my mother in law so that's likely how we ended up with multiple cards. They informed me that they weren't sure if they could combine them, which again makes no sense but they agreed to call the owner and discuss. When I went to pick up the dogs, not only did they not give me half off either dog, THEY STOLE HALF THE CARDS and wouldn't give them back. They claimed that some of them were for my dead dog and couldn't be used towards these dogs. Keep in mind they are all the same breed and size and none of the cards had names on them. My sweet girl died young and tragically and for a business whose livelihood depends on loving pet owners I couldn't believe the insensitivity of these people. If you go to a restaurant that gives you your 10th salad free, do they ask you who ate the damn salad? NO!! Because it doesn't matter, you paid for it. The same applies here. While I was discussing it with them, they were completely rude about it, bringing up my dead dog yet again and defending this outrageous position. I've given it some thought and based on rough numbers I've spent well over $5000 there.... and this greedy, insensitive, short sided idiot was willing to give up $1000 annually in perpetuity over $50 freaking dollars. I don't know about you, but I cannot and will not support business owners who do not value their customers. If he is that cheap about a punch card system, imagine where else he might be cutting corners. Keep your fur babies safe and go elsewhere.
