The guys were very helpful and fit me in on a tune up and oil change very quickly because I had to go out of town later that day even though they had other customers as well. No problems. Left my car there and they called me a couple hours later so I could pick it up after work was done. Very helpful staff. Thanks and well done! 👍🏼

Dissatisfied. They would not take my Toco warranty. I've had damage under my hood. This used to be the best and affordable car service in Collierville. They seem cater to those with pep boys credit cards or those willing to pay a lot. The only thing they did was let my car rest versus blowing up or catching on fire. Alan is always professional.

Mechanic ripping off my mother in law. Very unprofessional, should stay in communication with their clients to avoid any issues. Just horrible, do not recommend this shop or the mechanic Alan. Just go to your cars dealership at least there it is in hands of PROFESSIONALS!

I'm blown away by the exceptional service I received from Alan, the manager at this Pep Boys location. I didn't have an appointment, but Alan went out of his way to accommodate me, knowing I was traveling to another state with my family.
He prioritized my car's service, ensuring I could get back on the road quickly and safely. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.
Thanks to Alan, I was able to get my car serviced and hit the road in no time. I'm so grateful for his help and would highly recommend this Pep Boys location to anyone seeking top-notch service. Five stars isn't enough - Alan deserves a perfect score!

I'd give negative stars if possible. Got my alternator replaced here 3 years ago, for it to break again. Took it here again earlier this year because the alternator busted again had it under warranty, even though I didn't like them. When I took it in again the repair man busted my fan, and either didn't properly tighten the coolant cap or knocked it off, making my car overheat. Not even 6 months later, alternator busted again. I took it to a Lincoln dealership and they tell me that Pepboys replaced it with an offbrand alternator and essentially screwed me over. DO NOT GO HERE.

Not only did they not fix my problem, they made me wait for 2 hours just to tell me they can’t. Not any urgency at all. As I was about to leave..I see and hear them revving my car. Way to keep it professional. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location for anything.

Alan and the Pep Boys team in Collierville were our guardian angels when our car broke down while we were visiting from out of town. They got our car in immediately on a Saturday afternoon after we had it towed there and they moved heaven and Earth to fix it before they closed so we wouldn’t be stuck until Monday. Alan communicated extremely well about what was going on and really took a genuine interest in getting us back on the road. They were truly remarkable!
