Ms. Jessica @ public storage on Hickey Hill in Memphis, TN was very sweet and helpful. Normally the customer service wouldn’t be good or rude but she definitely changes & improve the service there.

DAWN is a Blessing! They finally have someone in there who knows what they are doing!!! She is professional, and so helpful! Her patience and dedication to getting it right is rare to see these days. And so many of the other tenants have told me how grateful they are as well. With all the changing of owners ,and district managers etc. It has been a nightmare. But We finally have someone now that we can count on ! And hopefully Public Storage sees the value in her hard work, and fantastic customer service as well! PLZ DONT EVER LEAVE DAWN!

Pathetic. The manager is never there and rarely calls anyone back. There climate controlled units are barely cooled which I addressed months ago but noting has been done about it. We were supposed to have received two “supervisor” phone calls, regarding this issue, but didn’t get either one. Looking at other options and filing a complaint with BBB.
